We took several test drives in different cars until I decided on the ruby red model. I got a good, no hassle, value for my trade in & a good price on my new car. I had shopped at other Ford Dealers but the Duval price was lower than the competition. Sherrod & his sales manager were easy & friendly to deal with as was Alex Elsaid in the finance office.
