Excellent experience when trading/buying I worked with Shoa Afework at Fred Anderson Nissan. From the first time I walked in, I never felt as if he was trying to 'sell' me. He listened to wh I worked with Shoa Afework at Fred Anderson Nissan. From the first time I walked in, I never felt as if he was trying to 'sell' me. He listened to what I was looking for, and didn't push me into anything just for the sake of a sale. When it came time for the transaction - he was patient and very careful to help me understand every line on the forms. He was honest and thorough. Shoa also followed up with me via phone post purchase, and offered to look into the questions I had, even when it was an 'as is' purchase, and he could've just brushed it off. Shoa Afework is a consummate professional - kind, consultative and communicative. I appreciated his approach and would recommend him to others looking for a new or used vehicle! More
