Phil our salesman was very nice & provided excellent customer service. He showed us the vehicles we were interested in, allowed us to test drive them and answered all the questions we had. Sierra and Seth were great to work with. I felt they really wanted to make a deal, considering I have leased 4 Highlanders in the past. This was my first Honda, and probably not my last. I felt they really wanted to make a deal, considering I have leased 4 Highlanders in the past. This was my first Honda, and probably not my last. I do think the financial department (Sarah Godwin) could be a little better, I do believe she said there were issues with the computer all day. We sat over an hour in the room with her trying to sign papers. I had to go back the next day to finish signing. She seemed a little flustered. The detailing, HORRIBLE! There was glue on the side of the car driver's side back door (I'm sure from the tape that was on it, I did mention it to Sierra, and he came out to clean it), the plastic was still left on half the stuff that was in the car. Sierra told me I could bring it back to have it detailed at a later date, but I don't feel I should have to waste my time to have this done. I was there for about 2 hours and all that was missed. I am still trying to learn all the things the car has to offer. If I can't figure it out, I google it. Sierra did offer to set my phone up, but I was ready to go. We got there around 3pm and didn't get out till almost 7pm. We did test drive 2 vehicles so that is some of the time, but we spent a lot waiting on the financial part of it. And once again I don't want to go back for that. More
