You need to improve how you communicate with some customers in regards to the completion of work. I waited in the waiting room for almost one and a half hours for a simple/routine oil change/ tire r customers in regards to the completion of work. Makes me wonder how long I would have been waiting for notification of completed work. Not impressed with the younger staff’s attitude toward an elderly woman. More

Purchased a Subaru Legacy about 2 weeks prior to my service visit. I was aware the radio was not working when I purchased the vehicle. I called Groove Subaru in Englewood & spoke to Josh. He was able to quote me an approximate price of $715 for parts & labor. I asked him to order me the part & let me know when it came in. I made an appointment with Brian for July 27th at 3:00pm. Unfortunately, I arrived late due to work, arriving at 3:35pm, knowing that the service department closed at 5:00pm. As soon as I drove up & apologized for being late they were nice. Everyone said it was not problem & they would have it done soon. I went to the waiting area but then looked around at the new/used cars. When I came back to the waiting area the car was done within the hour, and no charge because it was still under warranty. I was ready to pay $715. This made my day. I will definitely go back to Groove Subaru, and recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Now that I able to use this new technology enjoying my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek. Previously I had a Ford Escape for 13 years and a Ford Explorer for 22 years. Chose to check out your dealership due to good Subaru rating and glad I did! Wish I could remember names of all the sales people I came in contact with when I just stopped by to as questions . Didn't know people at a car dealership could be so nice. Thank you. More
