Great People! Everyone was so nice and polite when we went in! They took the time to let us test drive the car we wanted during the day AND during the night. We never felt like they were trying to talk over our heads about car facts (like dealers at other places did) and were always nice and welcoming. We will most likely go back here for our future cars. In addition to the above description, Spence is extremely likable, has only one agenda and that is ensuring that the buyer is satisfied with the vehicle and price they are paying. Jason was very fair with us. Audrey, well she is a gem! She has the ability to articulate and breakdown any contract and put it in layman's terms without missing a beat! Take this review to heart. Each dealership I visited over the next few days across northern california left me quite disappointed with the low qualty of service, professionalism, and knowledge of the salespeople. Upon returning to Roseville Hyundai, the sales staff worked very hard to arrange everything I needed to get into a new car. Having had my previous car totalled, they understood my urgency and price restrictions and were very accomodating. Definitely worth returning to them in the future! More
