They like to pile on the non-optional options (coatings, nitrogen, excessive doc fees), but they don’t even pretend to do them. I was a repeat customer due to the previous service I had there. Must be mew management or owner and quality is in the gutter. It seems clear cutting every cost to them to the bone and charging you for the air you breathe is the goal.
