I was greeted by super friendly staff members. Stan was my technician and went out of his way to make sure all of my needs The maintenance of my vehicle were met. Stan Wilhite is an exceptional service advisor. I have brought my Jeep into the dealership many times but just recently with Stan. I had a couple jobs that needed to be taken care of, one being jus I have brought my Jeep into the dealership many times but just recently with Stan. I had a couple jobs that needed to be taken care of, one being just an oil change, but Stan enlightened me about Essential Care w/tire rotations and Stan took care of me as soon as I drove into the facility. I also had 3 different services that Stan got me in and out in less time then what he said it would be done, plus got me taken care of with a rental car for the day. Stan is a very good customer oriented person and a pleasure to do business with. More

Anytime I have issues or just an oil change someone at Olathe, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep Ram I get the best service from anyone in service, very polite and nice to talk with, very customer oriented!!! Generally, we have been satisfied with the service provided by this dealership. The service technicians are generally helpful. However, length of time waiting for repairs and/or oil changes seem exces provided by this dealership. The service technicians are generally helpful. However, length of time waiting for repairs and/or oil changes seem excessively long. Also, pricing is very high comparatively and I would be hesitant to bring my vehicle in for non-warranty repairs and definitely not for maintenance services (filters, belts, fluids, tires, etc..) if they were not already included in the purchase. More

I was the first client to get in the garage at 7:00 am. My problem was a tire sensor on the rear right side No. 4. However the tech didn't properly read the instructions and put 4 tire sensors on all 4 tir My problem was a tire sensor on the rear right side No. 4. However the tech didn't properly read the instructions and put 4 tire sensors on all 4 tires. It was 11:30 before I could drive my car out. The cost of 1 tire sensor was $177.63 plus $87.50 labor and $15.75 for shop supplies. Total bill was $307.49. I talked to a friend and he had the same work done at a private garage for $48 for 1 sensor. I think I'll shop around before my next maintenance! Stan Wilhite was exceptional in assisting me. He apologized for the long wait and dropped the charges for my oil change because of the long wait. More

Horrible. Never one follow-up call. I left several messages. Dropped off on a Friday 7am for a radiator repair, picked up the following Wednesday. I was told t Never one follow-up call. I left several messages. Dropped off on a Friday 7am for a radiator repair, picked up the following Wednesday. I was told the repair would be completed on Saturday by 4 pm. From that contact on Friday until I picked up my car, there was not one call to me on the status of the repair. I left no less than 5 messages during that time and never received one call back. I spoke to a customer service representative and was told service was really busy and that 'I' should call back around 4 pm. Finally spoke to a car salesman on Wednesday morning and he ran back to service to check status. He came back and said my car was ready! How long had it been done? Terrible customer service. I've never been told to 'call back' from any customer experience. More
