Part of the Lincoln of Wayne Family since: 2013 Stephanie has the pleasure of overseeing our Rental Department where we maintain an entire fleet of new Model Lincolns for our clients. In addition to that, she makes sure all of our Service clientele have a good experience with our Pick-Up & Delivery services. Her favorite experience was when one of her clients was pregnant with her first baby and she surprised her with a special gift. When the client picked up her Lincoln she saw that there was a baby gift on her front seat. She was so surprised and happy from this gesture that she was crying from excitement! In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys taking up barre classes to clear her mind and build strength. Although she doesn't do it daily, she knows how to drive a stick shift car. Fun fact, she can actually write not only sideways but upside down as well! Favorite quote: "Time you enjoy wasting, was not wasted." - John Lennon

This is hard for me to write, This is a great company but my car still was not fixed correctly for the second time. I’ve never had an issue before with Lincoln of Wayne but the Caliper is still NOT fixed. T my car still was not fixed correctly for the second time. I’ve never had an issue before with Lincoln of Wayne but the Caliper is still NOT fixed. The brakes is still vibrating and everyone who rides with me hears the clunk when I step down on it. We have been servicing our vehicle with them for the past seven years, however we believe this is end for us. We have met some wonderful, professional folks over the years and truly appreciated the thoroughness. Overall yes, I would still recommend them. More

It took a month before they could bring my car in, I needed a loaner. It took them FIVE weeks to diagnose my car, which should have taken a quick google search. Water in the wheel well... google it.. needed a loaner. It took them FIVE weeks to diagnose my car, which should have taken a quick google search. Water in the wheel well... google it... problem is clogged drains in the sunroof. Then it took another 8 weeks for them to get parts (which I understand, chain supply issues) and fix my car. During this time the windshiled on the loaner cracked from a pebble that spread like the omnicron virus. They charged me the cost, $550 for the window. On top of that they wanted to charge me upwards of $3,700 to fix. Corporate stepped in and reduced it by $1,600. But I was still not satisfied. They took 15 hours of diagnostic testing (five weeks) to figure out the problem, the whole time they were making the problem worse by water testing the car when they could have GOGGLED it! My car sat in a service bay like a lost puppy in a shelter for months. I even checked on it to make sure it was still there. After negotiating the cost down further when we finally picked up the car, we paid under $1000 including the window replacement of the loaner. I am happy they made good on what should have been at the most a one month service stay, instead it was three months. And we thought the service manager was arrogant. But his boss was much nicer. Bottom line, I will not go back to Lincoln of Wayne. They used to be so much better. Also, my check engine light has been un since I picked up my car two weeks ago. I called corporate. More
