New Car w/ Tech Package While my car was being serviced yesterday I stopped by the show room to see what the new cars had to offer & ended driving away in a beautiful new car While my car was being serviced yesterday I stopped by the show room to see what the new cars had to offer & ended driving away in a beautiful new car! My salesman Steve was very personable & obviously a good salesman! My new car has quite the technology package! In the past the salesman just showed me a few of the basics & then sent me on my way to do a Google search for whatever else I needed to know, but after the basics that Steve showed me he sent out Barb to really do a thorough training of all the little intricacies of the technology. She was very patient & explained things so thoroughly, even throwing in many tips & tricks that I’m sure I never would have known about! She probably spent about 45 minutes with me after all the paperwork was signed & before I drove off the lot, even sharing her personal phone number just in case I had any questions. This was the easiest car sale I’ve ever had, & once I made a decision it really went quickly & smoothly. The staff is so professional & nice, everyone from the service intake to the sales office manager. I’m looking forward to doing business with this dealership in the future. More

Blown away by the customer service! I went to purchase my first ever new vehicle and was completely astounded by the level of professionalism and high-quality customer service with which I went to purchase my first ever new vehicle and was completely astounded by the level of professionalism and high-quality customer service with which we were greeted. First, we met with Papa Seck, who was excited to meet us even though we were nearly 30 minutes early to our scheduled appointment. He made us feel comfortable by explaining the process and at no point did we feel pressured to make a decision on-the-spot. Immediately, he asked us if we wanted coffee or any other complimentary beverage. He told us where the area was for restrooms and beverages and told us to help ourselves. He set us up with Steve Schwartz who took extra time to let us test drive multiple trim levels of the same vehicle so that I knew exactly which car I was comfortable with. He pointed out all of the features and asked multiple times if there was anything else he could clarify. I automatically fell in love with the vehicle and knew I wanted to take it home that day. We came prepared with our old vehicle's title in-hand as well as pre-approval from our credit union. Just as we came back in, Papa Seck introduced us to Erin Bessey, the General Manager, who was genuinely happy to meet us. She assured us that if we needed anything at all, she and her team would be happy to help. Next, we met with Richard Barrera who was in charge of appraising our trade-in vehicle. We went on a brief test drive with the trade-in and during the drive, he was engaging in conversation. He asked what we do for our careers and upon finding out about my partner's military service, he immediately thanked him for his service. It was refreshing to know this dealership is military-friendly. We returned from our drive with Richard and we agreed that as long as we receive a good value for our trade-in as well as the new vehicle, we would make a deal that day. Papa Seck came back to work with us on the cost. We came in with an idea of what exactly we were comfortable with spending. At no point did we feel pressured by any means. This was important to us because we have heard about the car-buying process and how stressful it can be (specifically about other car dealerships). He gave us a good valuation for our trade-in and a great deal on the new vehicle. We were surprised by the out-the-door cost and made a deal immediately. By not having to go back-and-forth, we felt our time was very respected. At this point, we were introduced to Amanda Carroll. She was extremely personable and very funny! We immediately had a connection with her and felt as if we were just spending time with a good friend. We went through all of the paperwork and she was very articulate about what exactly we were signing and extremely professional. She seems to have struck the perfect balance between efficiency, speed, and thoroughness. She was happy to answer all of our questions fully. After the paperwork and remaining procedures, we got our keys and were assisted by Barb Howard. She went through every technological feature and offered suggestions on functionality. It was clear that she was an expert on the vehicle. She offered valuable advice on some safety features that are not enabled by default on the vehicle, asked if I wanted them enabled, enabled them for me, and made sure I knew where to find those features in the future should I want to adjust them. This Civic EX-T is such a step up from my Ford Focus that I was so overwhelmingly excited by all the features. My partner later pointed out how happy her facial expressions were because she was so happy that I was happy! As we were finishing the technology demonstration, Steve had finished putting on my new plates, they both thanked us for coming in and told us to call or come in with any questions. We drove away in the newly-cleaned vehicle (it was vacuumed and washed while were finishing paperwork), very comfortable knowing that it was protected by a great protection package, knowing that Hall Honda offers a great rewards program, free state inspections, fast oil changes, and knowing that we have an incredible support team at Hall Honda that will back their product even after it's off their lot. Less than 30 minutes after driving away, we get an email from Max Goodloe thanking us for our purchase and offered to help us with any issue or question we may have with the vehicle. I'm so incredibly happy with my decision to purchase from Hall Honda in Virginia Beach and I hope they know that they won two very loyal customers for life. Keep up the amazing work! More

Mr. Cramer is AWESOME We bought a new Honda and while we were about to leave the dealership we noticed that it had a small dent. Great Service at Hall Honda I have been a Toyota Camry fan for years, but Toyota made their 2018 trunks very small, Because of this, I decided to go with a Honda Accord. I bought my last Camry from Hall Honda, so I went back. Their price was very competitive, everyone there was really nice and helpful. They have free lifetime state inspections, fast oil changes, and national award-winning mechanics! Our salesperson was Steve Schwartz - what a great guy - just answered our questions without being pushy. I will go back to Hall Honda for my next car! More

After contacting her, and explaining my disabled vehicle made it impossible to get to the dealership until I had a friend that could bring me. By phone, she introduced me to Steve Schwartz, my sales rep. He arranged for Linda to come to my house and pick me up. Upon arriving at the dealership, he had pulled the car he felt was the best possible match for me up to the front door. We talked for a few minutes, greeted Barb, then took a test drive of what would be my "new car". After discussing my financial strengths and weaknesses, Steve worked with Craig Belda, Sales Mgr. and Craig Lafferty, Business Mgr. to find me the best possible financing to purchase my car. In all my years of purchasing vehicles, Hall Honda and their team of professionals are the first I would refer my friends. Lots of patience, dedicated time and a genuine desire to make me happy .
