Overall it was a pleasurable experience, from the moment I entered the lot until I left with my vehicle. I was greeted promptly by Stephen and told him what I was looking for. He brought me right to the vehicles and I was able to test drive one in a timely manner. Stephen was very personable and took his time to explain the features the vehicle had. He was also able to get me a good deal on the vehicle and I never felt pressured or rushed. Overall I’d say this was one of the better experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership and would definitely do business with Bergeron and Stephen again. More
