We were promptly and courteously met at the door by Steven Whitmire. He asked us several questions about what we were looking for and determined that the vehicle we were looking for was still availabl Steven Whitmire. He promptly retrieved the vehicle and brought it to the front of the dealership where he allowed us to view and inspect the vehicle to make sure that it was what we were looking for. He then took our trade in vehicle to get a price on it and came back with the trade in value and the adjusted cost of the vehicle we were interested in. We had ben referred to Bergeron by Mr. Ronnie Constant from Leson Chevrolet where had originally gone to look for a car. Mr. Constant contacted Mr. Oscar Rico at Bergeron and told him to look out for us. Mr. Rico gave Mr. Whitmire the values of the trade in and our intended purchase vehicle. We were satisfied with both of the values and decided to purchase the vehicle. Mr. Whitmire then introduced us to Mr. Neal Poche who assisted us with all the paperwork necessary to complete our purchase. He was thorough and complete in explaining the warranties available. We are very please with our experience at Bergeron. More

When I initially looked at the vehicle, it had scratches from delivery. I told Steven I expected the scratch's to be repaired when I decided to purchase the car, he ensured me it would be. When I went in to finalize the purchase, I looked the car over more than once with not a scratch to be found, the car looked spectacular.
