My heart could just explode with how much I love my new car!!! I worked with Stephon, and had a wonderful experience. I'm in my 20's and this is my first car that I have ever purchased through a dealership car!!! I worked with Stephon, and had a wonderful experience. I'm in my 20's and this is my first car that I have ever purchased through a dealership, all other cars I've owned have been gifts or purchased via a private sale. I've only ever observed dealership/car sales with my parents and husband. This was my first purchase of a vehicle from a dealership with the car and financing being in my name. With that being said, I was a little nervous to walk into a dealership. I have heard so many stories of salesmen being sharks, and aggressive. Stephon was the opposite. He did not pressure me at all, and was so kind and friendly. Stephon even came in on his day off, which really showed his dedication. Also, I worked with Marlin in finance, and he was such a great help. He answered all of my questions (which believe me, were plentiful). Marlin was a pleasure to work with, and I am really thankful I ended up with someone so experienced. He has worked in the industry longer than I have been alive lol. Bottom line, I am really so happy with my purchase and with my experience at Braman BMW of WPB. I truly appreciate how understanding, and gentle both Stephon and Marlin were.
