This is the 2nd car I purchased from this dealer and when it comes to customer service Sterling is hands down the go to guy. Being a female going to a dealer can be a little intimidating but, he treated me w it comes to customer service Sterling is hands down the go to guy. Being a female going to a dealer can be a little intimidating but, he treated me with respect, he took the time to show me multiple cars within my price range and he was patient when I asked about 150 questions. This dealership is lucky to have him as part if their team. I highly recommend if you go to this dealer, please take the time to hunt him down. You won't regret it. More

I hadn't purchased a car in 10 years and was very nervous about doing so. Mr. Taylor understood my plight, handled me very gently and made the car buying experience very pleasant. 2 years ago I went to the dealership to look at a Jeep for my Son the key word in this sentence is look, because by the time I left I had a deposit on a Jeep. Sterling was upfront and honest and was not pushy at all. My Son and Father-in-law went back to look at the jeep the next day and Sterling gave them the same attention even after the deposit was taken and the deal was done. 2 weeks ago I stopped in to visit Sterling and once again just look at a Ram and 3 hours later drove away with my new truck. One week later I returned and traded in and bought a Grand Cherokee for my Wife. I think it is a Great dealership to buy from I have never had a bad experience there and they make You feel comfortable while You are there. I will definitely be back there again and I already referred a friend to the Sterling who is looking for a Vehicle. More

My experience at Jeep has been nothing but amazing! Sterling is one of the best, and the service department has been nothing but the best! I have had two Jeeps from this dealer and my mom has a mini va Sterling is one of the best, and the service department has been nothing but the best! I have had two Jeeps from this dealer and my mom has a mini van! And now my best friend is getting a pick up! I would tell ANYONE to come here! WE LOVE JEEP! And will forever because of sterling and the jeep dealer I will be driving a jeep! More

sterling was really helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions even when I kept repeating some of the same ones. He set with me and went over the contract that I was signing and the financial jarg of my questions even when I kept repeating some of the same ones. He set with me and went over the contract that I was signing and the financial jargon so that I knew what was going on and felt that I was not being cheated. When I call him directly to schedule maintenance he gets back to me and tells me when and where I need to be there. There were other people there that ignored me when I walked in but he was the first person that greeted me and it was a pleasure doing business with him. More

Route 46 CJD is an extraordinary dealership. Sterling is the best car salesman that I have ever dealt with. He’s honest, friendly, and his knowledge of not only about the cars and all of their features, but the best car salesman that I have ever dealt with. He’s honest, friendly, and his knowledge of not only about the cars and all of their features, but about the financing options as well, is impressive. When I came in to research purchasing a new car, my current vehicle was inoperable and I needed a new car immediately. Sterling eased my fears about getting a new car, explained all of my options, and helped me drive off in a new car within a few hours. When I bring my car in for routine maintenance, the staff is friendly, and my car is serviced quickly. I am so satisfied with my experience here, that I have recommended this dealership and Sterling to everyone that I have come across who is looking into purchasing a new car. More

I HAD A DODGE NEON FOR MANY YEARS AND IT WAS AN EXTREMELY RELIABLE COST EFFECIENT CAR. HOWEVER, A YEAR AGO I HAD A BABY BOY AND I NEEDED A LITTLE MORE ROOM, SO I OPTED TO GET ANOTHER VEHICLE. I WENT TO THIS RELIABLE COST EFFECIENT CAR. HOWEVER, A YEAR AGO I HAD A BABY BOY AND I NEEDED A LITTLE MORE ROOM, SO I OPTED TO GET ANOTHER VEHICLE. I WENT TO THIS DEALERSHIP (RT 46 CRYSLER JEEP DODGE) AND FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN THE DOOR I WAS GREETED WITH KIND DEAMEANOR AND GREAT ATTENTIVENESS. I ADVISED MR TAYLOR THAT WHILE I NEEDED/WANTED ANOTHER VEHICLE I WAS STILL A NEW MOM AND WAS ON A BUDGET. I LET HIM NO WHAT KIND OF CAR I WAS LOOKING FOR AS WELL AS THE PRICE RANGE. HE TOOK HIS TIME LOOKING FOR THE CAR THAT FIT BOTH CRITERIAS. I HAVE NOW HAD MY DODGE CALIBER FOR 6MOS AND I MUST SAY I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH IT NOT TO MENTION I HAVE GOTTEN QUITE A FEW COMPLIMENTS!! IM NOT SURE IF HE WILL EVER SEE THIS MESSAGE BUT I THANK YOU SIR FOR TAKING THE TIME (HOURS, LOL) TO ASSIST ME WITH NOT ONLY THE CARS BUT TO EXPLAIN TO ME IN DEPTH ABOUT MY INTEREST RATES.
