Low pressure car purchase On April 22 we traded in our 2002 & 2009 Camrys ( 2 cars no longer needed) & bought a brand new 2015. Our salesperson was Steve Barrix from whom we have purchased our last several cars over a long period of time. It was a very good experience as it has always has been with OL Toyota & Steve. We were not pressured & were given fair prices on our 2 trade ins & on our 2015 purchase. Steve was patient with us & considerate of our needs. We also have taken our cars over these many years to the service department for regular maintenance work. They, like everyone at OL Toyota, have been so friendly & helpful. We especially like John from the service department. We highly recommend Oak Lawn Toyota, Steve Barrix, & John from the service department. More

Friendly, no pressure zone!! This was my 1st time buying a car COMPLETELY on my own. Everyone that I talked to during my experience was nothing but pleasant. The reason I went back was because of the outstanding treatment that he offers. He takes the time to sit down and talk to you, answer question and walk you through the highlights of each vehicle. Steve is patient and knowledgeable of what Toyota has to offer. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is his warm and friendly smile. When you walk out you will be a happy customer just like I was. My last car I purchased was 14 years ago(because of the quality in Toyota vehicles it still runs great). New Customer for life! My experience was so warm and friendly. This was the fourth Toyota dealership I had been to and had bad experiences at all of them until I walked thro My experience was so warm and friendly. This was the fourth Toyota dealership I had been to and had bad experiences at all of them until I walked through the doors at Oak Lawn Toyota. I started correspondence with Lauren who was great, worked with Steve who was great, onto Rob for my remote start, and ended with Jason for finance. They were all fantastic and accommodating. Rob even gave me 2 stuffed animals to bring home to my kids! Can't say enough, have been telling people to go there and I will now be a customer for life! More
