I wasn't expecting much when we came to see the vehicle. I figured it would be the same horrific experience I've had so many times before. Bait and switch, or long hours of going back and forth in the finan I figured it would be the same horrific experience I've had so many times before. Bait and switch, or long hours of going back and forth in the finance office over paint protection... None of that happened here!!!! Alan was a complete professional and completely transparent from start to finish! He had the vehicle prepped and ready! He understood our needs and showed us all the features of the vehicle while my wife was driving. Even though we weren't buying a Lincoln, Alan made sure we got the full Lincoln experience! And if this is how every vehicle is sold at this location...I might be buying a few Lincoln's in the future! We've bought 8 vehicles in the last 10 years and this is by far the best dealership experience we've ever had! More

Most accommodating people we have ever bought a car from. We have now bought 3 new vehicles from them and will encourage our sons to buy from Findlay when they are ready for a new car.
