When i tried to use my bank for financing he said no deal would not use my banks financing wanted to scam me in to their financing and would only use mine if i paid them $500 SCAM!!!!!!!!! I leased a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. This was my first foray into leasing a vehicle. The service I received from the staff at Coastal Nissan was second to none. Mike Graney was excellent to work with. This was my first time buying a car on my own, and with very unexpected circumstances might I add! Steve, Ron, Tom all worked diligently on finding me the perfect car with the best rates and I couldn't be any happier! This wonderful team has erased any future fear or anxiety I might have in the future with purchasing a car through a dealership and the process was stress free and exciting!They were all honest, kind and sharp. These people, this entire team are really wonderful. I cannot tell you enough how happy I am and I wish I could stress more that this is truley the place to go ! Coastal Nissan is a great place to buy a car. At their dealership there are none of the usual car dealer BS sales tactics. All of the folks that we have dealt with there are good people. Coastal will work with you to get you a great price assuming your expectations are reasonable and you have researched the numbers prior to negotation. That pretty much sums it up, but continue reading if you want details. My wife and I have purchased our last two vehicles—a ’09 Versa and a ’11 Frontier, both new—from the Norwell location. Since we had a good experience buying my wife’s Versa a couple of years ago, when it was time for me to get a new vehicle, we decided to return to Coastal. If you are an educated customer who “does their homework” in regards to pricing and incentives, Coastal is as competitive as dealers come on pricing based on our experience. If you don’t get a good deal from them, it’s probably your own fault for not being informed before you walk into the showroom. For both purchases we worked with Eben Gunnarson and Steve Delaney. I highly recommend both of them as friendly, straightforward people who provide good service. Steve especially has been very helpful post-sale and goes well above and beyond what you would normally expect in regards to post-sale service and support. Matt Kittridge, the service manager, has also been very helpful in trying to resolve an ongoing issue (read on for details). When it comes to service, Coastal doesn’t turn its back on you post-sale. I have had an ongoing noise issue with the Frontier’s blower motor (in the climate control system) since taking delivery, and Coastal, including the sales and service guys, have been working with me and Nissan corporate to try to find a resolution to this issue since it started. Granted, this is a relatively minor problem and everything is functional, but for a new truck, this problem doesn’t seem acceptable to me. Unlike most dealers, who I think would turn their back to the issue and say “tough luck,” the guys at Coastal have been working on my behalf to find some resolution. To me this speaks to the fact that Coastal does not just want to sell you a car—they want to make you a repeat customer via good sales and service practices. If you are in the market for a new car, it is well worth the drive from anywhere in the greater Boston area to check out Coastal. Do your research beforehand and you will get a good deal and great service. More

A typical car buying experience is like a root canal, a long, painful and expensive process. That is not the case at Coastal Nissan. I had such a wonderful experience at Coastal Nissan leasing my 2011 Nissan Rogue this month. From the moment I entered the dealership I was greeted by a genuinely sincere and knowledgeable salesman wh leasing my 2011 Nissan Rogue this month. From the moment I entered the dealership I was greeted by a genuinely sincere and knowledgeable salesman who was able to answer all my questions and help me find the right vehicle for me. From that point on the service was exceptional in terms of how quickly they located the vehicle with all my many specifications, how fair the price was and how the Finance Manager was able to get me additional items for the car I.e. Simonize, remote starter and tire warranty all at a price I was happy with. The delivery of my car to my work was another added bonus and allowed me not to miss a day of work. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership, specifically Steve Delaney and Tom DiPesa, to a friend or family member who is in the market not only for a great car but also an awesome experience!
