Bell Honda has never failed to deliver. Todays car buying experience was by far the best. The majority of the sale was conducted over the phone in about 20 minutes. When I arrived to sign papers, everything was as promised and ready to go. It took longer to transfer my personal effects to my new vehicle than to buy it. This is the 6th vehicle I’ve purchased through Bell Honda and i cannot recommend them enough. More

Between the sales director, sales general manager and service te you have to be careful that that the information they give you is consistent. Just recently purchased a pre owned car. Got a secondary inspection the very next day only to find there are issues with car. The claim to do an inspection on every vehicle but they will never show you those results before you buy. Keep in mind AZ is a state with no cooling off period so once you drive it off the lot you have to keep unless they decide to rescind the deal. The MPP warranty they sell doesnt cover exisiting preexisting issues which you wont learn of until after gnanmet another inspection. Please please get another inspection before purchasing. I have purchased over 10 cars in my lifetime and have never felt such regret in a buying experience.. More

Ripped Off, and Scammed at the Service Department I had a leak from my 2001 Honda Accord. I had my transmission rebuilt about two weeks prior to this leak. Bell Honda did not replace the transmission I had a leak from my 2001 Honda Accord. I had my transmission rebuilt about two weeks prior to this leak. Bell Honda did not replace the transmission. I started first and took my car back to the transmission garage. He check it out said "not the transmission that I had a leak at the drain plug." I then ran down to Bell Honda and worked with Steve Emery. I told him what the other mechanic stated it was the drain pan plug only. He took the car back to inspect, came out and told me I needed to replace my left axel @ $308.50. The leak was $517.44 . Again which I already paid for the same leak on 10/21/18, which was nine months earlier, and cost me $517.44 who ever repaired the leak the first time stripped the screw. Again only 1,081 miles. Replace drive belts $70.00. Replace timing belt $829.91. Came out of Bell Honda with a bill of $1,820.47, prior to that 9 months earlier came out of Bell Honda with a bill for $1,421.41, I can go on and on. I came home and got my previous invoices out and discovered I had my timing belt replace 17,344 miles ago. NO one gets a timing belt replaced after 17,344 miles I checked my manual that came with the car stated 105,000 miles or 84 months (7 years) or if you live in extremely hot conditions it's 60,000. It says nothing about getting a new timing belt at 17,344 miles. I am 73 year old women that really got RIPPED-OFF. Every time I took my car in for an oil change I came out with huge bills. Over 1,00.00 each time. Be careful of the "Complete Courtesy Multi Point Inspection" This happened to me over and over again. I trusted him. What a fool I was. I definitely will NEVER go to that garage again! More

When it came time to purchase this one, we knew where to go! Adrian and the whole team went out of their way to make sure our new Civic Coupe was just the way we wanted it and really made us feel valued as customers. We love Bell Honda! More

Service Department Are Lying Shysters I was a loyal Bell Honda customer for 17 years, having purchased 4 new Honda vehicles from them and giving them 100% of my service work. However, I will NEVER do business with them again! STAY AWAY from their service department! Their service reps and service manager routinely lie about un-needed repairs, and I have caught them recently stating that I needed a new battery, which was a lie since I had the battery re-tested by three different auto service departments and it is fine. Then, George, the service manager verbally gave me an "out the door" price for replacing my timing belt, then tried to tack-on a $42 "environmental fee" when I picked-up the vehicle. After checking with three other Phoenix Honda dealers, they stated that no environmental fee should ever be added for a timing-belt replacement! Again, another lie! Finally, when I called George to express my feelings about him lying to me, he talked over me, and would not allow me to express myself. When I escalated the conversation to express my disgust with his unprofessional and condescending attitude, he HUNG UP ON ME! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! More

Steve Emory continues to provide outstanding service I have been using Bell Honda for over 18 for servicing all of my Honda's. I have had Steve Emory as my service advisor for the last 5 years. Steve wor I have been using Bell Honda for over 18 for servicing all of my Honda's. I have had Steve Emory as my service advisor for the last 5 years. Steve works diligently to ensure my Honda's are functioning at peak performance, even at 200,000 miles. He only recommends the work that is needed or specified by the manufacturer and it is always completed within the time frame they quoted. I also find the cost to be competitive. More

Amazing care and service. We went to try to get our warranty for our battery, turns out the dealership we bought it from has to do it despite them sending us to Bell Honda. Well, Bell Honda wasn't going to miss an opportunity to impressed and were completely courteous, and gave us a free car wash and checked our tires and pumped them up for us. Thank you Bell! More
