I visited several dealerships around the area before settling on Valley Honda and am pleased with my experience there. It was worth the drive from Chicago to Aurora (more than once since the vehicle was settling on Valley Honda and am pleased with my experience there. It was worth the drive from Chicago to Aurora (more than once since the vehicle was on back-order). Other dealerships wanted to charge a "market adjustment" and push other unnecessary features in order to purchase a vehicle and were shady in how they tried to sneak that line item past customers. Valley Honda prides itself on selling at or below MSRP, even in the current market conditions. They charged a refundable deposit to pre-order/reserve and were in regular communication until we received our beautiful new vehicle. This made me appreciate their ethics and professionalism. Because they don't try to cheat you by charging above MSRP they do have tighter margins on trade-ins, but my trade-in wasn't going to have much value regardless, so it was a fair outcome. Steve Grady was a pleasure to work with. More

My wife and I recently made our 5th purchase (6 if you count helping our daughter make a purchase) over the years with Steve Grady at Valley Honda.
