I had an excellent experience with the Arbogast Used Cars Department. Steve Haines was extremely professional and made the buying experience enjoyable. I have owned many cars throughout the years and this occasional was much different than what I have normally experienced at other dealerships. I never once felt pressured and was able to take my time looking over the car. The vehicle prices at this dealer are lower than the competition if you compare vehicles on Cars.com and AutoTrader.com.

Right from the beginning I was happy with the help and understanding I received. I have never gone out to buy a car on my own before. Starting out with absolutely no clue was a little intimidating. Talking with Steve for a bit made things much easier. He made me feel that my needs were very important to him, especially where my Mom was concerned.

I would definitely recommend Dave Arbogast. It started with the initial phone call to Steve Haines. We called multiple times for information and he was always willing to answer our questions. Once we arrived at the dealership, everyone we came in contact with was friendly and offered us a drink or snack. They even offered to our 3 year old. They were very fast with the paperwork and got us on our way home with the car faster than I expected.
