Stopped by Two Rivers Ford to appease my wife. Was planning on buying another Ram 1500. A friend recommended I ask for Frank Snipes. What a great guy, pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, funny and no planning on buying another Ram 1500. A friend recommended I ask for Frank Snipes. What a great guy, pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, funny and no pressure at all. He must be a heck of a salesman because I never made it to the Dodge Dealer. Instead I’m enjoying my new F 150 Limited. Dealership was extremely flexible and gave me a great price on my trade in (Ram). More

I wish there was more than 5 stars to give to Steve Hess. I have been a long time loyal customer of Two Rivers Ford, 30 years to be exact. Steve is a reason I keep coming back. Steve listens to every concern/complaint and always makes it right. He does an amazing job communicating throughout the service experience. First of all Steve Hess is a wonderful human being and has my respect. My wife’s 2016 Ford Explorer Sport has now been in for one failure or another approximately 8-9 times. For reference it’s 6/27/2020. has my respect. My wife’s 2016 Ford Explorer Sport has now been in for one failure or another approximately 8-9 times. For reference it’s 6/27/2020. The Explorer has 42,000 miles. Has blown through 5 or so injectors leaving my wife and kids stranded several of those times. It usually works out that I’m at the firehall while my wife’s alone with the kids for 24hrs. Well Steve always has taken care of the situation sending a tow out to get her. He’s been understanding and very personable. Just this past week the cameras went out on this lemon and of course the warranty doesn’t cover that. Well Steve found a way. Great dude. If it weren’t for Steve I’d probably never deal with Two Rivers or Ford again. This coming from someone who still drives a 1993 F-150 and grand father worked for Ford for 42 yrs. We all Drive Ford. It’s sad. Just want them to do the right thing. We can count on Steve to. Thanks buddy. More

Debs review I bought my Ford F150 from Two Rivers , and started taking it in for the normal service. I continue to use Two Rivers for my service because they ar I bought my Ford F150 from Two Rivers , and started taking it in for the normal service. I continue to use Two Rivers for my service because they are so great. In fact I drive from Springfield TN to Mt Juliet TN, a distance of about 45 miles. I always get good service and when I was looking for my new truck, Two rivers gave the best price So I do recommend them More

Ford F 250 Super Duty Vibration I took my truck in for a recall and asked the service writer if they could check the truck for a vibration that happens while pulling my boat. The abi I took my truck in for a recall and asked the service writer if they could check the truck for a vibration that happens while pulling my boat. The ability to tow was the primary reason I bought the truck. When pulling the boat with two other vehicles there is no vibration. I had talked to two other service writers previously about bringing the truck in for this issue, the 1st one said no problem and ask if I could call ahead to ensure they had a couple of qualified techs on hand to look at it. I called in and the 2nd service writer said I should not have to call ahead just to bring it in and they would look at it. Hence that is what I did. As I explained what the truck was doing to the 3rd service writer when I brought it in he stated there was nothing they could do and that I should take the truck back to the dealer I bought it from which is 500 miles away now as we have moved. I ask for Ford's area reps name and he said I could call Ford's customer relation line that they do not give out the reps name. I noticed on my invoice the instructions to call the service manager if I was not completely satisfied so I called on 12/11/19 and left a message and as of today I have not received a return phone call. More

Service made easy I was met by Steve Hess at 7am. My regular service was done in just over an hour. Turned out I needed brakes. Steve informed me and rotors were resurf I was met by Steve Hess at 7am. My regular service was done in just over an hour. Turned out I needed brakes. Steve informed me and rotors were resurfaced and pads replaced in a couple of hours. I was out by lunch. I was very happy with my experience and thankful for Steve and Two Rivers Service Department. More
