Great service as usual! I love having my car serviced here! Jim took great care of me and quoted me for repair cost, got me into a loaner and I was on my way home in less than 20 minutes! I was on a mission looking for a BMW M550i for several weeks as far away as Fairfax VA, Arkon, and Cincinnati. Steve Messinger help bring the mission to fruition. I'm not going to waste your time driving from Dayton". He had the car ready for me the next day in their showroom garage outside the cold rainy weather.
