Very professional, facility is super clean. I bought a used Subaru and the mechanic told me to take it in for the airbag recall. Not only did the recall get taken care of at my home, the tech a I bought a used Subaru and the mechanic told me to take it in for the airbag recall. Not only did the recall get taken care of at my home, the tech also did an overall inspection of the car. Very helpful to know that everything is fine, oil, filters, etc, except for the tires. Subaru even hooked me up with a free carfax report on the used care I bought. I later went in to buy floor mats and I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. Everything is so clean, including the repair shop. Thank you so much for the special care. More

Very pleased with the service. Enjoyed driving back to Price. The only drawback to our experience was the length of time to go through the process. We arrived at 6:30 PM and left your dealership at 10:1 Price. The only drawback to our experience was the length of time to go through the process. The best car buying experience I have ever had. I purchase a used Subura on a Wednesday, then a engine light came on and off for two days. When I called to see when I took take it in, the nice pers I purchase a used Subura on a Wednesday, then a engine light came on and off for two days. When I called to see when I took take it in, the nice person on the phone asked when I could bring it in. That was great customer service. I was able to go on my lunch hour to have it looked at. Seth in the service department had the issue fixed and washed the car in less than 30 minutes. I was back to work within the hour. Everyone at Midtown is very helpful!!!!!!! Again best car experience. I own 3 Subaru’s and will buy from Mark Miller again. 😊 More
