Steve Ross at Cardinale Way Mazda

Steve Ross is the reason I go back to this dealership for my regular tune- ups and required services, to keep my mazda running well. Steve is honest, loyal, friendly, and helpful. Being a female, and not fully understanding cars and their service needs, I have always found it hard to find someone I can trust when being told what I need to do for my Mazda and how much the true cost is. Steve is the person I trust and recommend to my friends and family. Not only is he honest and helpful but accommodating, letting me know the accurate time frame my car needs to be worked on therefore I can make adequate arrangements, giving me coupons to utilize when available, and always being friendly. He truly goes above and beyond!

The sales/service team is always extremely friendly and HONEST about servicing my vehicle. They always are able to get me in right away, even when I call the day of (usually). I have already recommended their services to my friends.

I originally went in for my vehicle to be assessed in the service area. Steve Ross was very helpful. Unfortunately, my 1999 vehicle had too many issues to be worth being fixed. Stephanie Ross set me up with Brian Soncrant to work on finding a vehicle for me, either used or new. I had a bankruptcy approx 2 years ago and was still having problems being approved for credit. The team worked hard to get me a decent interest rate for my credit score. Brian was very patient and helped me find a vehicle that would work for me. Wayne De Leo was a big part of working out my financing and even helping me with GAP & the extended warranty. Sean, in finance, was very nice and walked me through the financial aspect and all the paperwork so that I understood each form. I am very impressed with Cardinale Way Mazda of Mesa. Buying a car is rarely a good experience and being that I was in a vulnerable state since I didn't have a vehicle to leave the dealership in on my own, they could have taken advantage of that but they did not.

I have a Mazda for 10 years now and I've purchased multiple cars as well as traded in. Whenever I show up whether it's for service or to inquire about purchasing a new vehicle I always get greeted with my handshakes and my HUGS from sales, services, and finance department. They constantly reassure me that they're aware of the amount of cars that have purchased, that they want me to stay, and that they would do the best they can to maximize any car purchasing negotiations so that both sides win. As for the 2014 Mazda I purchased just yesterday, instead of every employee asking if the deal was done, they asked my opinion and voice theirs as well. Now I'm a fun loving and outgoing customer and I use that as a tool to draw in salespeople to feel them out and as always over the years the whole team would just take time to gather around and next thing you know were all laughing and joking and a solid deal that works for both sides is made and I drove off the lot again pleased. Several hours later I learned they needed me to stop by dealership once again and I know they would not have asked if it were not important so I drove back out to take care of it because they took care of me.

I had my scheduled oil change yesterday and Steve was very nice, funny and helpful. He answered all my questions and let me know what was recommended on my car. They even washed it!

Steve Ross has been great to work with. He always listens patiently to any problems that I encounter with my car and then makes sure to attend to those problems. I recommend him highly!
