Quality service at a dealership is much like any other business; it is the people not the dealership that matter most. Eric Lovo delivered service that consistently delighted me during my purchase of a pr business; it is the people not the dealership that matter most. Eric Lovo delivered service that consistently delighted me during my purchase of a pre-owned X5. During the sales process, Eric was responsive but never pushy. I am a retired business executive with substantial negotiation experience. Any of the smarmy short-term sales techniques would have driven me away fast. Eric facilitated the negotiation in a professional, respectful, and ultimately satisfactory manner. Not spending a lot of time in Silver Spring (I live in NOVA) was a condition of the deal for me. Eric promised to get me in and out in two hours and he delivered on that. During the time when we were waiting in queue, Eric used the time to orient me to the vehicle's tech. I've taught and teach executives, graduate students, and groups up to one thousand people. I value clear, concise, concrete information and Eric delivered that perfectly while orienting me to the vehicle. From our email, phone conversations, and from the time he met me at the door of the dealership, Eric's comportment was the perfect integration of customer service and friendliness. He was never glib nor was he ever stiff. I wasn't looking forward to the car buying experience. Eric made it a joy for me. Finally, my experience was greatly assisted by the efficient way in which Steve conducted the financing. Similar to Eric, Steve's approach and comportment were perfect for me. He took explicitly and implicit signals from me and we completed the process promptly. More
