Great Experience!! My wife and I had been looking for a new car for several weeks, I was doing most of the leg work. I would find a car and take my my wife ( Kim ) to look at it the next day. We looked and looked. We experienced some very stressful pressure sales pitches. I hate that. A friend recomended we visit Interstate Ford and ask for Quentin or Q. I went there a few days later and met with Stacia, as Q was off that day. She was very helpful in showing me just what we were looking for. I drove a new Fusion and It had everything we were looking for. I took Kim back the very next day, and we worked with Q. He showed Kim all the features and funtions of the car. She loved it! From Stacia, to Quentin, to Steve in finance, we were treated as if we had been friends or family for years! These guys are great! Together we were able to get the car we wanted, with no stress or hassle. We love our Ford Fusion, and next year when I upgrade from my F-150 to a new one, there is no doubt that this is where I will go. Thanks to everyone at Interstate Ford! What a great team they have!!! Sales was great...until the deal was made Overall, I thought the sales team was great. I have had my car for a few weeks now and love it. I liked Jason a lot and he understood that I didn't w Overall, I thought the sales team was great. I have had my car for a few weeks now and love it. I liked Jason a lot and he understood that I didn't want to be pushed into a deal and that I would not buy until I found the right car at the right price. There was only one comment made by Jason that I didn't really appreciate but overall I really liked him. I would highly recommend Jason to friends and family who are looking to buy a car. I also briefly met Mike and he was really nice as well. The rating given above excludes all of my experiences after the deal was made (during the time I was signing papers with the finance manager, Steve). I had previously been approved for a loan from my local bank with a very low interest rate. I was incorrectly informed by Steve that my local bank would not actually honor that interest rate because the car was slightly older than I originally thought I would purchase. While Steve said that he would check with my bank he did not. While we were signing the papers he continued to speak down to me, acting like he was doing me a huge favor by finding another bank to honor the interest rate my local bank had approved. Two days after purchasing the car, I called to see who my loan would be through but Steve still didn't know. I called my local bank and found out that they would honor the interest rate and had not spoken to anyone from interstate ford about the loan for the vehicle I purchased. This really irritated me because I was very clear that I wanted to use my bank for the loan. At this point, I emailed Steve and asked him to cancel all other loans and work with my bank even providing contact information for the loan officer. I was notified several hours later that interstate ford was not really cooperating and asked if I could get them to send the paperwork. I ended up sending my copy of the deal to my bank and working directly with them to finish the sale of the car. I felt that I was doing part of Steve's job and it made buying the car much more stressful than it should have been. After speaking with my loan officer I was further disturbed when I was informed that my bank works with Interstate Ford frequently. They stated that their interest rate protocols were common knowledge to local dealers and they should have closed the loan at the time of the sale. There is another finance manager at interstate ford. I would suggest requesting Tim for anyone who is pre-approved and wants to stick with a specific bank. I don't know if he was making money from the deal, or if the dealership would make more money from using a specific bank but Steve made it a battle of wills and a matter of principal. More

Very friendly with no pressure sales tactics used at this dealer. I never once felt pressure about making a decision on what vehicle I was going to purchase. Dennis Blair was very helpful about giving us all dealer. I never once felt pressure about making a decision on what vehicle I was going to purchase. Dennis Blair was very helpful about giving us all the information we asked for. This dealership is like no other I have been to, most pressure you to walk out with a new car on your first visit, not here. We were given all the time we needed to make our decision, Dennis even allowed me to drive the car home to have my wife check out the car in the privacy of our own home. From our first internet contact and follow-up personal call, she went above and beyond to meet our needs. So much so, that our purchase was made and finalized (all but the paperwork of course) entirely by internet and phone conversation. She obtained all necessary documentation and information to pre-approve our financing, with the help of Steve, and insure there were no "surprises" when we arrived to take delivery of the truck. Upon our arrival (we live 300 miles away) the truck was prepped and ready to go. She spent as much time as we needed demonstrating the different options and their use. The entire staff made us feel appreciated as customers. We are thoroughly pleased with Interstate Ford and recommend them to anyone in the auto market. We will be looking to them in the future for any auto purchase we are considering. More
