My husband looked and looked for the vehicle he wanted. Steve at Vernon Auto Group had it. Steve was helpful and courteous. (The only bad thing is that Steve suggested we eat at The Brown Cow Restaurant across the street.... WARNING: DO NOT EAT AT THE BROWN COW ACROSS THE STREET.) Steve and the finance company were very easy to work with. They sent the papers via e-mail since we live out of state. My husband and I signed the papers and the next day my son and took the 8 hour dr with. They sent the papers via e-mail since we live out of state. This was my first time to buy a car over the internet, and it was without question the easiest buying experience I’ve ever had. I finally found the low-mileage, pre-owned truck I was looking for, and the price was very competitive. More importantly, Steve Ybarra made sure that I was comfortable with both the truck and the process. He was always accessible, and went out of his way to do a walk-around inspection of the truck and test drive while I was on the phone. Everything from front-end alignment to interior/exterior vehicle condition and options were delivered exactly as promised. Everyone I worked with -- from sales to financing, management, and the delivery team -- were all top-notch. I am not easily impressed, but I will absolutely recommend Steve and Vernon Ford to my friends and family. More

I had visited several car dealerships prior to going to Vernon Dodge with no success of trading trucks. I saw a vehicle online that I was interested in so I drove to Vernon to take a look at it. The vehicle had sold before I got to the dealership so the Salesman showed me the rest of his inventory. I was impressed with the variety of their selection and decided on an F-150. They gave me a fair price for my trade-in and took quite a bit off of their vehicle. We reached an agreement on price so I purchased the truck. The finance individual was easy to work with and he got me a great interest rate on my loan. When I get ready to buy again I will visit this dealership. I referred several of my friends to visit them when they were looking for a vehicle. My sister recently bought a car from them and she was happy with the service and the price. More
