I grew up in Newberg. Was active in the community with Boy Scouts and am proud to say I'm an Eagle Scout. I've always loved to go out camping with my Fiance and our Australian Shepard. I got into sales during my time I worked at Fry's Electronics before coming to work at Wilsonville Toyota in 2013. I have a customer first approach and want to provide the easiest, best experience possible. I believe that we have the best process for providing just that with a simple pre negotiated best price practice and our 1 person process allows me to ensure that I'm personally providing you with a great experience from the beginning of the sale through to the end.

This is our 4th Toyota vehicle bought through Wilsonville Toyota. Obviously, we keep coming back! Josh, the manager is beyond reproach when it comes to finding the exact Toyota you’re looking for! Working with Steven Bailey was the least stress we’ve EVER experienced when purchasing a vehicle (we’re over 60, so you know that means quite a few cars). Highly recommend working with Steven - he definitely doesn’t give you any ‘bull’. More

This was the 3rd vehicle I bought at Wilsonville Toyota and 1st vehicle sold/traded in. Both the dealership and Steven are pros at making sure there's no fuss, no whitespace, and the deal is the best in va and 1st vehicle sold/traded in. Super chill, was patient and worked with us to figure out what really wanted. Definitely recommend. Nothing but grief! Took 3 tries to get passenger door panel fixed! Failed to get DEQ certicate while at there store. Had to chase around to get it DEQ approval. WORST w Took 3 tries to get passenger door panel fixed! Failed to get DEQ certicate while at there store. Had to chase around to get it DEQ approval. WORST was their agreement to return a rental car on date required. Let rental car set there for 15 days and ran up an unnecessary $1,185.39 bill because they did not return rental car as promised. Attemts to resolve situation was will call you back. No calls as promised. Off to the races, they do not deserve such high accolades as seen in other reviews. Unhappy Jack! More

I came into Wilsonville Toyota fairly certain with what I wanted, but was having a difficult time making a decision. Steven was super helpful and patient!
