I started talking to Steve Blue early in 2012. I was going back and forth between a 2013 Legacy and a 2013 Outback. Steve was extremely helpful with his knowledge of the product he was selling. He did not try to persuade me to buy a 2012 even though the 13's would not be out for months. There is no pressure working with Steve and his word is good. I would definitely recommend Subaru of Spokane and Steve Blue to anyone looking for a new Subaru. I sent my sister and brother -in -law to Steve and they purchased a new outback from him 2 weeks later. My buying experience with Steve was a pleasure. More

Recently I visited Subaru of Spokane to consider buying a new Forester. After meeting with Steve Blue it was all too clear that the Outback was the better car that fit my needs. I have purchased 3 Subarus frum this dealership and had very satisfying experiences with all of these. I also have purchased lieftime oil packages with these vehicles. I am always given enough information to make an informed decision regarding services, given an accurate cost and length of time prior to arriving at Subaru of Spokane. I have purchased parts and tires from this location also finding them competitive with other locations and the free servicing makes them a bargain quickly. The friendly shuttle service can be helpful! This particular service, I had a hanging plastic undercarriage protector. I brought it in without an appointment and Danny Thomas arranged to have it repaired quickly and complementary. I have come in for several small on-the-spot issues (headlamp bulbs, etc) and had them fixed quickly and cheerfully. My services usually offer a welcome car wash. Once years ago, I was skeptical about a need for a radiator replacement and went to a private mechanic, who confirmed that this was indeed the case. I am happy to have this service facility available for my Subarus! More
