Steve Bollman was my sales agent. He was very nice and I appreciated that he was not pushy and he went out of his way by picking me up and bringing me to the dealership. I think it's such a great idea that appreciated that he was not pushy and he went out of his way by picking me up and bringing me to the dealership. I think it's such a great idea that they show you how the features on your new car work before you drive off and another how-to class after you've driven your new car for a couple weeks. More

This was my first time at a dealership. I was incredibly nervous about the experience and being pushed to buy a bunch of different things. However this was the best & smoothest experience. I had brought my boyfriend along for moral support, and he even noted that this was smoother than his process at a Honda dealership earlier this year. More

The dealership was great during the transaction as well. Rodney made the finance process quick and efficient and really explained things to me. Darren showed me around my new car and explained the technology to me. He was funny and kind and made the process enjoyable. I really like this about Subaru's process; that they take the time to show you the basics of your car before sending you on your way. They even offer a 1 hour course on the in's and out's of your car that is provided in more detail. Overall my buying experience was pretty great. More
