I was impressed with the professionalism and personal care I received from the moment I walked in the door with a hundred questions to the moment I left with my new Edge. i will use this experience as a great example when I train Customer Service in the future. A Great Experience I recently traded in my Focus for a Fusion which I have wanted for several years. I was concerned that I might owe too much on my loan to get a deal d I recently traded in my Focus for a Fusion which I have wanted for several years.
