My Review Of Dahl Ford Davenport:
Last year, my parents bought a car for my brother from Dahl Ford. The salesman that helped them was Allan Jackson. When my dad and I went to look this year for a car for myself, he told me that we were only going to do business with Allan. On a Thursday evening, my dad and I began the search. The salesman that came to assist us was in fact, Allan. He showed me a couple of vehicles that I had shown interest in:fiesta and focus. He was extremely kind and friendly in the very beginning. We did not test drive a car that evening, but as we were leaving, I noticed a bright blue vehicle by the front of the store. Allan was right there and said "Morgan, this is your car!" He could tell that this car was meant for me. That next day, I called him to make an appointment for a test drive on Saturday morning. When I arrived, he was ready to go. During the test drive, Allan made me feel more like a friend than a client. He asked me about my job, my brother, and life in general. He also talked about his family and his education, which made me realize that he is a genuine person. Many salesmen have a stereotype of being pushy and forceful when making such a big purchase. Allan did not make me feel uncomfortable at all. During the test drive, he told me of many features this car had and showed me how to work them. I was very pleased with the vehicle and also with the friendliness of Allan.
During the purchasing process, he made it as painless as possible. He helped me to get the best deal that I could, which truly showed me that he loves his job. I am extremely happy with the purchase I made at Dahl Ford and I will continue to buy vehicles from them. Allan is an asset to the company and keeps the Ford name positive. I feel that if I see Allan in public, he will remember me and will show genuine interest in how my Ford Focus has been in my life.
