I was greeted out in the parking lot by Javier with a big friendly smile. He was very easy to talk to, very patient and explained every question and if he wasn't sure of the answer he would go and find the answer. He was not high pressure at all. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. Will definately give them references and I will definatly shop them again. I LOVE my Edge!!!! Thanks Dahl Ford.

My Review of Dahl Ford Davenport:
We stopped by Dahl Ford to see a 2004 VW convertible. Javier introduced himself and assisted with any questions that we had. We did not have the time to test drive and really were not even sure we were looking for another car. We told Javier that we might stop on Saturday morning again.

He sent us by email a copy of the description of the car and car fax information. He was patient with our indecision and offered for us to take the car home for the weekend. We declined but test drove the vehicle, Javier helping us with the top, and all the different buttons.

Javier was so easy to work with; he was courteous, friendly and continued to work with us through the buying process. We were so lucky to have him as our salesperson.

When we picked up the car, Javier had decorated it with balloons and a big bow. :)He has since contacted us, thanked us, and offered his assistance if we need it.

We told Javier and Mr. Dahl, that we would certainly tell our family and friends how well we were treated.

My Review of Dahl Ford Davenport:
I stopped by Dahl Ford to test drive a car that I spotted on Sunday. Javier met me at the car, shock my hand while introducing himself. On the test drive he was asking questions about what I was looking for in a car. I knew on the test drive I was buying the car! Javier was a no pressure kinda guy, he was explaining all about the paperwork and the extras I could get for the car. The next thing I knew it was time to drive my new car home! Sorry to say I bought a Chevy and it's the first non ford I've ever owned! It met my standards 100%....and I'm very particular!! Thank-you Javier....you are a 5 star salesman!! Steven C. My Review of Dahl Ford Davenport:
I was visiting Iowa and my 2000 Mercury Sable key fob did not work and i couldn't get my locks open and i pulled into Dahl Ford and James Drummond overheard me talking to a salesperson who told me the service dept was not open on Saturday. James came up to me and asked if he could help me and i told him about my problem and he took the key and re-programed my key and it worked awesome. James went above and beyond my expectations. He was so helpful and maked sure that i did not have any more troubles. James is defintely a true asset to Dahl Ford. I would rate James a 10 in customer satisfaction.

We are very happy with dealing with Javier calleja he was awesome ,very nice and very caring on getting us in a car we have been wanting to purchase I would recommend him to everyone I know because he took the time to explain things about the car didn't rush us to just hurry and purchase the car he went on a ride with me and showed me the features on the car and explain how to do them Javier is a nice guy you have a very good employee and hope he stays with you guys for a long time cause all sales guys should be like him.

My Review of Dahl Ford Davenport:
My wife and I went to Dahl Ford looking to buy a new car on April 5th. I had called ahead to let the dealership know that we were coming, and what we were looking for. Our salesman, Jim Isaacson, was the best. He showed us several of the models that we were interested in, and was an absolute professional from beginning to end. The whole experience was great. I would absolutely recommend Dahl Ford to anyone who is considering the purchase of a new or used vehicle. Our new Ford Focus is everything we wanted, and we will definately be returning to Dahl Ford in ther future.
