My husband and I needed to purchase two cars fast! We live in Chicago, but have heard such great things about Dahl Ford that we knew we were going to them. We worked with Javier Calleja and K.V. Dahl, over the phone, telling them what we wanted, when we needed it, etc. We got to the dealership and met with Javier (on his day off!) and he had picked out two perfect cars for us! The entire experience with Dahl Ford was fantastic! I love that K.V.-the owner-has his dog Ginny running around, and they let our dog come in and wander around with Ginny while we did the paperwork. The atmosphere in the dealership was so warm, friendly and fun! We actually had a good time buying our cars! I can't say enough good things about Javier, he went above and beyond what we expected to give us the best experience. We were so impressed that we were able to tell Javier, over the phone, what we wanted, and he got everything right-we didn't even look at other cars! He knew everything about the cars, and took the time to explain how everything worked, even giving us his cell phone number if we ever had any questions after leaving the lot. I also have to give a special shout out to the owner-K.V., he checked in on us every so often to make sure we were doing ok, played with our dog and just made us feel like a part of the Dahl family!

We spent the next few days telling friends and family about the great experience we had at Dahl! We are now moving to Texas, but will always go back to Iowa to buy our cars from Dahl Ford!

Thank you Dahl Ford for putting me in the car of my dreams! My neighbor saw me drive up tonite and said what a pretty car!!!! Javier was awesome! He was so professional and nice, as was everyone my son Jordan and I encountered. There were no hard sales tactics, just great customer service. Anytime I have come to your dealership I feel I have been treated as your sign says, "like an honored guest in your home." I truly feel I got the best deal possible in my circumstance and a fair trade for my Escape with the transmission problem. I would recommand all my friends to go to Dahl Ford if they are looking for a car. The whole staff was very friendly. The owner of the dealership even came over and spoke to my daughter. It made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Javier went about and beyond helping us. He was very knowledgable of the car we looked at and made sure we got what we wanted. He wasn't pushy like most salespersonal. Javier didn't forget about us even after buying car. He has called to check if we have had any questions, which how many salespersonal does that. I bought my first new Ford, an Escort wagon for my wife, in 1982. Since that time I have purchased various vehicles from Dahl's, including several F150s, some Explorers, and an Edge. I have always considered Dan, Dawn, April, and Josh in the service department to be first rate in taking care of any needs the cars might need. Most of all, I consider Tim O'Leary to be tops in his salesmanship and care and feeding of customers. He's low key in his approach, friendly like the service personnel, and always aware of what I might be planning or needing in the ways of new cars. The whole franchise is 4.0 in any automobile dealings!

Thank you so much for the excellent service I received from your sales representative, Allan Jackson. All I did was mention the features on a car that I wanted and it was found for me.....couldn't resist. There was no pressure and Allan couldn't do enough to make us happy. Dahl Ford is very fortunate to have Allan working with them.

Bob Chase listens to your needs and works hard to satisfy every aspect of the new car purchase.
Our sale was unique as two cars were purchased with one trade resulting in a special single finance package.

Bob works for you even after the sale by promptly resolving a small issue caused by the service department.

Dahl Ford will be my first visit on future vehicle purchases.

My wife and I have bought or leased 6 vehicles from Tom Copeland at Dahl Ford over the last 2 1/2 decades. Tom has always been completely frank with us when explaining the good (or bad) features of a variety of Ford makes and models.
