We had a great experience buying this car. Our salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. The Sales Manager that was working on the deal was to the point and gave us the best deal he had, and your finance manager spoke to us like he knew us and worked to finish quickly and efficiently. We will recommend them to our friends and would certainly consider buying another car from them.

We did a lot of the preliminary negotiating via email so I didn't have to spend several hours at the dealership on my first visit. Some other local dealers wouldn't even quote a price unless I came in. I knew the exact car and options that I wanted and Automax got the car here from out of state in a couple of days.

My Review of Automax Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
We were looking for a pickup and stopped in at Automax of Shawnee. When we pulled onto the lot a salesman immediately walked out to greet us. After looking over a few of the many pickups they have to offer we decided on a 2008 Dodge four door pickup. While we were talking to Steve the finance officer and signing papers the salesman had their detail department make sure the pickup was clean and ready to go. Over all the salesman Thomas and finance officer Steve were very kind and helpful in our deciding on our purchase.

My Review of Automax Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
After looking at several jeeps my husband and I decided on the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. Chris dockrey answered several questions but we were not ready to say yes. We called back with several more questions and Kenny was very helpful.

This is the first time we have bought a car over the phone. the salesman got all the paperwork ready as it would be late when we got to Automax. Chris Dockrey, Chris Burgess, Kenny, and Steven Radford, were all very helpful and answered all our questions. We are very pleased with the salesman and the Jeep.
