Met with Tino and his gang (Brian, Susan and James) who went out of there way to ensure I got everything I wanted in a new Ford Edge at the terms I set. Professional and courteous throughout the entire process, they were a pleasure to do business with. It was worth the drive from the beach!

Last month, I made my second purchase of a new Ford truck from Duval Ford and I wanted to give the staff a good review. I got excellent customer service from James, Susan, Mathew, and Antonio. Duval had the best deal after looking for 2-3 months and at 4-5 dealerships. My first truck was a new 1999 Ford F150 4x4 from Duval and I just traded it in on a new 2012 F250 4x4. I was not an easy customer to deal with. I did my research and had patience and even changed my mind at one point. No pressure from James or Susan and they were very helpful, professional, and courteous. When I finally made my decision, James found the truck and delivered it the next day. Also, I want to compliment the guy that drove it from Bainbridge, GA. He must have driven 55 mph the whole 200 miles because the mpg said 15.5 and thats a 6.2 liter gas engine. About a week later, I had a repair request and Antonio and James were very helpful in resolving the issue. They could have easily avoided me and the repair, but offered prompt customer service and a quality professional repair. This crew is an asset to the staff, and kudos to the managers that hired them. I have a good working relationship with this dealership and I recommend Duval Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle or service.

I am very happy with Susan Crawford and James Saale , and the dealership as a whole However the finance man I dealt with was deceptive about explaning raod hazard and GAP coverage and I felt that he was not very profesional in the way he handled my contract

Just whant to say that you can't go wrong dealing with Jamar or Duval Ford, This is my second new vehicle I have purchased from them in the past 5 years and they will definatly get my business on my next new vehicle

I have delt with Duval Ford for over 15 years. My husband and I have purchased both new and used from the dealership. We have also have used the service department. We just purchased our 3rd car, a 2012 Ford Escape. I am as pleased with this as I was and still am with our 2001 Ford F150. I would recommend my friends to them and I would purchase another car or truck from them. Thanks Susan Crawford I LOVE my new Escape.

Everyone was very nice. Susan was very friendly, through with explaining features. Dan and James work to get the numbers for my purchase. Darlene stepped in and help when Susan was not available. All did a great job to give me the WOW factor!!!

We were looking at a car here and one at another dealership. They had they car we were looking at and we were able to work out a great deal. The main reason we bought here vs. the other dealership was our sales rep (Susan) and the manager (Antonio).
We would definitely recommond this dealership and also come back to buy another car.
