I am very disappointed that Danbury Kia sold me a used vehicle that had brake problems that became apparent within a month of purchase and they wanted to charge me to fix it! Then after I told them that vehicle that had brake problems that became apparent within a month of purchase and they wanted to charge me to fix it! Then after I told them that the salesperson said they will make good if something is wrong within a reasonable time of purchase they will fix it! So when I relayed this to the service department, they told me because of the pandemic they can't get in contact with him! And they offered to knock $200 off, so still wanting me to pay over $600 for a problem they knew the vehicle had! I haven't even made my first payment yet! Unbelievable! So Danbury Kia is a lemon farm. By the way, I work in radio on-air with an afternoon drive show and I have a podcast...and yes I talk about these things on my show! Unbelievably disappointed ...my first purchase from Danbury Kia - and my last. More

AVOID DANBURY KIA USED CARS My Initial Review was positive for Record in January 2019. I bought 2005 Acura RL for my son. Left lot knowing needed cosmetic stuff like door handle My Initial Review was positive for Record in January 2019. I bought 2005 Acura RL for my son. Left lot knowing needed cosmetic stuff like door handle and bumper not secured well. Within 4 days and less 160 miles the Radiator was defective (Lucky I pulled over got towed local Acura dealer. Kia than says TOW the car 120 mikes ( live Long Island 120 miles or ferry 54 miles) q ) and will fix it or ship me knockoff radiator. To their credit the bill was $1200 and we agreed on half bill. 2 Months later in Florida we have NO AC. Find out Compressor is bad. $1600 repair Plus $200 fix underneath wheel well damage that they rigged cosmetically. Sal handled the $600 repair.. But after less 60 days no AC in Florida and compressor along side the Radiator... The car was in accident Danbury KIa DID NOT inspect the car or worse sold a damaged car. to a customer.. The dealership hides behind some administrator to shield their Outright Deception... I will now be going to Small Calms Court because I had 4 MHP crash car exploded ( Bad Bumper which never secured properly) The car was totaled.. AVOID THE ENTIRE DANBURY KIA.. Lewis G More

The car was for my son, who is now a senior in college, and he cannot afford a high payment but needs a dependable car. He asked about the type of car my son wanted, four door, standard, cloth seats, red, good gas mileage, etc. before ahowing us any cars. He also had the finance manager get the process going right away to see what kind of price range my son would be able to finance. We told them a payment of about $250 a month was all we wanted. With his 1996 Honda Accord, 209k miles, trade at $4000!, They did their magic qnd got him in a brand new KIA Forte for $255 a month. We drove out with the exact car he wanted within about 4 hours from start to finish! More

Terrible customer service My car is one week old. Service and parts representatives are no help. People are not motivated at all to serve the customer. My steering wheel came w My car is one week old. Service and parts representatives are no help. People are not motivated at all to serve the customer. My steering wheel came with a tear, the answer of service department was "I don't know, send it to detailing", any other car brand has a warranty over the conditions of the car to be sell. I expect the car looks new because is 6 days old. Thanks to the salesman who really went over his job to help me with this mess. I am calling Kia motors to let them know of the poor service that their brand is being offered in this dealer. More
