Very disappointed with the buying experience. I paid full price for the car and then was told I had to trade my car in in order to be able to purchase the car. Even though I already had an offer I paid full price for the car and then was told I had to trade my car in in order to be able to purchase the car. Even though I already had an offer from someone for more money than the dealership offered on my trade. Also, before the car arrived, I had to call the dealership three times to find out payment information because I never got a call back. And after I got home from purchasing the car, I found a bag of parts and screws in my trunk because somebody forgot to install things during PDI. I called to mentioned it and asked if it was something I could do myself. I still have not received a call back with that information. When I purchase the car I was also left waiting in the showroom for almost 2 hours because the finance department was busy even though I was told to be there at a certain time to make sure it would be a quick process. More

We bought a used Honda Pilot and Ira Lexus was great. Stephanie was our sales lady and she was great and super nice. The lady at the front desk and Sven in finance were also nice as well. Buying a car isn't always an enjoyable experience, but we had a great experience at Ira Lexus. No pressure at all. I would definitely buy a car from them again in the future. More

Id give Our sales rep Wendy 5 stars, She was knowledgeable and very respectful of our time. She knew we were in a time crunch and did everything she could do move the sale along, I cannot say en knowledgeable and very respectful of our time. We had to deal with Liridon Syla on our trade, who would receive 1 star for showing up to work. The initial offer was honestly insulting. He low balled us by $6,500 on our trade, came up with a tall tale about oil leakage that would cost $2k to fix. We were about to walk away and he suggested we call the Jeep dealership to assess the cost of the repair, which Wendy managed. We gave them the benefit of the doubt it would take 2+ hours to repair with an $18 part and suddenly we were up $5k on our trade... he never came back in the office to acknowledge his rude offer, we just moved forward with the sale. Sven was our finance partner and again was mindful of time, and didnt pressure us into needless add-ons. He did fail to overnight our sales tax check... I had to follow up on it again almost 2 weeks later and Ive been assured it will be at my door tomorrow. More

Zach was super throughout the sales process, answering all of my questions and explaining the options on my vehicle. When I returned for my inspection, the service department was awesome.
