Dealer made me sign a document for a credit application in order to hold the vehicle for me. I told them I would be financing the vehicle with Navy Federal Credit Union. They told me that the paperwork wou in order to hold the vehicle for me. I told them I would be financing the vehicle with Navy Federal Credit Union. They told me that the paperwork would not be used to do a credit check inquiry. That the paperwork was ONLY used to hold the vehicle along with 500 dollars. Next thing I know, I have 4 credit check inquiries on my credit report that I did not authorize. Either they lied to me purposely or they were negligent and incompetent. More

I went to a couple of dealerships beforehand and felt very pressured, not welcomed, and like they were just trying to get me in and out but NOT HERE!!!! LEON did an AMAZING job at making us feel welcomed very pressured, not welcomed, and like they were just trying to get me in and out but NOT HERE!!!! I started my experience with headquarter when I started bringing my 2013 civic that I purchased at Coggin to their service department. Needless to say their quality of service was so much better I continue bringing my 2013 civic that I purchased at Coggin to their service department.
