Dissappointed Thought we finally found a dealership that was different with a lasting relationship but we were wrong. After several issues that needed to be handle Thought we finally found a dealership that was different with a lasting relationship but we were wrong. After several issues that needed to be handled with the vehicle, Mr. Fisher stopped having direct contact with us directing us directly to the Service Department. I really liked Ted and was disappointed when my emails were being ignored or I felt I was being pawned off. Very disappointed with the dealership as well as service to my car. More

Simple I never purchased a car and needed one at the earliest convenience because my Audi had become unreliable and feared it would be a major thing. A Pleasant Experience 2x Mohegan is my local VW store. I've always been a VW - German car guy, and in 2012 bought a Golf TDi. The purchase experience was good-fair price, no Mohegan is my local VW store. I've always been a VW - German car guy, and in 2012 bought a Golf TDi. The purchase experience was good-fair price, no nonsense, and everything came as promised. Now, you may have heard the VW diesel had "issues". I was having some trouble with the TDi Buy Back program, and Mark, an Ambassador with the buy-back program, was able to get in contact with the buy-back folks, and smooth over a problem with the buy-back system. Thank you !!! Partly as a result of this great service, I leased a base Jetta S for my college student-Mark gave me a very good price, and again, the service, sale and delivery were first rate, no nonsense. VW stores get a lot of grief, but Mohegan and Mark would get my business again. I just can't figure out a way to get a Golf R into the motor pool :) More

Great service ! When I walked into the dealership I was warmly greeted by Steve no more than 20 seconds after entering the building. The car needed to be certified which he quickly had done so I could receive my new car as early as 5pm that same day! I would highly recommend Mohegan Volkswagen. More

PROFESSIONAL AND EASY I took delivery of my 2015 GTI last week. I have been dealing with Mohegan Motors- and specifically Mark Haggerty for close to 20 years. I have alwa I took delivery of my 2015 GTI last week. I have been dealing with Mohegan Motors- and specifically Mark Haggerty for close to 20 years. I have always been dealt with honestly and whatever was promised was delivered. This is probably the 8-9th vehicle I or one of my family members have purchased at Mohegan - I have dealers that are much closer to where I live and I have visited them but none of them approaches the way in which Mark and staff run their dealership. From the test drive to the delivery - negotiations- hassle free and no pressure. I would and do recommend them. You will not regret the decision More
