The vehicle dealership/purchase experience was not high pressure, but more of an advisory experience. Trey's knowledge of vehicle features that concerned us was very helpful. We had a follow up visit from Morgan Franklin, the Encore Specialist, 3 weeks after the purchase at our home. She did an outstanding job going through all the features of the vehicle.
