Had a discomforting experience when driving -- engine light came on -- obviously quite concerned-- went directly to dealer -- an advisor quickly addressed the situation and my concerns -- a part was repl light came on -- obviously quite concerned-- went directly to dealer -- an advisor quickly addressed the situation and my concerns -- a part was replaced and was on my way far more expeditiously than expected -- I was very thankful. As a long time Mercedes Benz owner, Tam elevates the service experience to that of a VIP level -- one that you would expect from a premium brand.
