Tami Myers at Automotive Avenues

For the past 15 yrs or so, I have had the privilege of working with Tami Meyers and the outstanding staff at Automotive Avenues. She has always been professional, competent,friendly and works diligently to find the best deal for my needs. This past experience in April was no exception. The experience is always no hassle, no pressure and I consider it fair. I will continue to use their service.

When my daughter needed a car a year ago Duane assisted her. We were not disappointed. The staff works hard for their customers.

I will continue to shop at AA because the buying experience has been simplified for my husband & I time & time again regardless of which sales consultant we have. The understanding of my husband's erratic schedule & the flexibility during the shopping/buying process is a big factor for us & AA is the only dealership that has ever been exceptionally accommodating to us! We will be back!!

Good service and no going back and forth. Jim was very accomodating in allowing us to test drive several vehicles. He as as friendly and helpful after we had driven 5-6 vehicles as he was after we had driven only one. We liked the fact that the website provides car information and pricing. My son has purchased two vehicles from Automotive Avenues, and after our experience, we will definately go back when we are ready to purchase another. Great job!

I came in to buy another car for our family. We wanted something specific, and Tami went to work to find us the perfect fit! She found exactly what we wanted,in our price range. I am single mom, and having someone make sure it was a good, reliable car is worth its weight in gold! Not only will we tell all our friends, we are a repeat customer, and will continue to be a loyal client!

Our first contact was Pam, she was great and made sure that someone contacted us, in regards to our search for a 4Runner. We didn't care for the two you had on your lot and there weren't any in extended inventory. We did find a few at dealers and Mary was GREAT as she GOT THINGS DONE in terms of getting final prices on certain ones we were interested in. It seemed like a long wait finding a car, and we had to search for the car--but Mary did arrange to get the one we found from Stevinson Toyota East, so we could drive it here in Lakewood, and that we very much appreciated. Tami got the show on the road once we made the decision and all was quick and easy from there, so thank you.

One thing, we didn't receive a Welcome Packet that your president mentions in the letter. Should we have one of those?

Tami was very patient with my inquiries regarding timeframes of delivery, options and pricing. She was very deligent in answering all my questions and even follow up with phone calls to me on a Saturday to make sure everything was set to go on Saturday. She also called me on her way into work on Monday to answer a voice mail. She was very dedicated and handeled our request for a new car in 3 business day - very impressive! (I called her on Wednesday and she had our new car to pick up Monday).

Our total experience at Automotive Avenue was awesome! We will definitely refer family and friends there for their new vehicles. Our sales associate Duane Talada was very friendly, knowledgable and entertaining! Thank you Duane. I appreciated having the sales consultant bring the car to me, as I had no transportation and no one to take me to the dealership at that time. Receptionist was courteous and friendly. I was given a list of future maintenance to be done. When my "Check Engine" light went on and I took the car back in, I was attended to right away. The problem was due to faulty emissions testing procedures and was rectified. When the same light went on again and I took the car back in, the problem was promptly diagnosed, the part ordered, and a timely appointment made. The service department is clean, seems well-run, and inspires donfidence. Overall, I had a positive experience and have recommended Automotive Avenues to my daughter for when she buys her next car.

Tami is great and so is the dealership. I will recommend automotive avenues to anybody who is buying new or used vehicle. Once I decided which vehicle I wanted the process of finishing up the deal was short and sweet.

This was the third car that I have purchased over all and by far the best purchase experience that I had. The staff at Automotive Avenues was very friendly and pro-active in their communication with me. I never felt pressured, but instead that they were there to help me find a vehicle to meet my needs and stay within my price range.
