I've been going to Crown Buick/GMC for 15 years, having my car taken care of, and this is the first time that I needed to buy a car from them. My 94' Buick Skylark GS finally had to go, and my service my car taken care of, and this is the first time that I needed to buy a car from them. My 94' Buick Skylark GS finally had to go, and my service advisor, Greg Berry, handed me over to Sales lady, Tammy Wagner, to help me buy a new car. It was not easy for me, saying goodbye to my Skylark, and she was so kind, polite, intelligent on all the cars, and gave me input on each one, and explained everything to me. She was also sympathetic, and put up with me and my "occasional" tears -- sometimes, she joined in with me. Tammy showed me many cars, and we test drove a few, of which one of them was the one I bought, my 22' Encore GX Essence. Beautiful car, and she helped with the transition with the registration, and also my insurance company, in getting things switched over, so I could take home the car that day. The financer, Mark Fernandez, was very helpful as well, and explained everything to me before signing the many forms that were involved. I thank Tammy, Mark, and Greg, for helping me through this emotional time, and look forward to making new memories with my new Encore. More

I have been having Crown Buick/GMC service my vehicles for the past eight years and have always found this agency has the best and friendliness employees, whether in sales or service. My previous service advisor unfortunately had to leave because of an illness. Yesterday. I was assigned a new service advisor named Lexi Sarang, Lexi had previously been employed by Crown and I was shocked to hear her call me by my last name since she didn't know I was going to be assigned to her. I asked her how she knew my name and she told me that she remembered me from when she worked there before. Lexi was very polite, courteous and helpful for what I needed done to my vehicle. Crown Buick/GMC is fortunate to have an outstanding employee like her. More
