Never again! Deceived by my salesperson with ‘fluff’ and now no one cares. Toyota customer care, Checkered Flag dealership, salesperson....the attitude of “too ba Deceived by my salesperson with ‘fluff’ and now no one cares. Toyota customer care, Checkered Flag dealership, salesperson....the attitude of “too bad” will make sure I NEVER purchase a Toyota again. My first and last! Trust and treatment speak volumes which I did not receive after the ‘fluff’. And if it wasn’t fluff, then my salesperson knew very little about the car I was sold nor did she really listen to my number one concern. She could have easily said I”I don’t think this vehicle is the right one for you” if she had been knowledgeable about what the car offered. Can’t wait to get rid of this car and it’s not even two weeks old. More

Bonnie and Tatsiana I have had the pleasure of having Bonnie as my service adviser for quite a few years. She has always been exceptionally helpful and even more knowledgeable. After "flirting" with some other car brands I took my 17 year old Camry in to Bonnie for an oil change and a few other fixes. While waiting for my car I walked over to see Tatsiana on the showroom floor. She had been patiently working with me since last summer. After a hiatus while I had back surgery I had started my new car search the first of December. I went home with two cars ...my beloved 2000 Camry and a beautiful Certified Toyota Avalon XLE touring, Thanks to my two star Checkered Flag employee,,,Bonnie and Tatsiana! More

Buying a new Toyota Sienna We were greeted at the door and Tatsiana was very quickly able to locate the Toyota Sienna we had seen on the Checkered Flag Toyota website. My old S We were greeted at the door and Tatsiana was very quickly able to locate the Toyota Sienna we had seen on the Checkered Flag Toyota website. My old Sienna was totalled in a 4 car collision and I had it since 2010. Was the best vehicle I ever had & I was devastated & having a difficult time finding anything comparable. I was ecstatic to find this new Sienna and Tatsiana made it such a smooth transition! She was so kind and helpful-lovely young lady! I am totally in love with my new Sienna! Thank you so much!! More
