Ted was first introduced to sales Jan. 2001 in Gresham. He was employed there for over ten years learning the trade. From sales to finance manager, Ted got to learn all aspects of working in a dealership. He moved to the area in at the beginning of 2012 and shortly joined on with our sales team in March 2012. Almost 3 years later, January of 2015, Ted was promoted to Parts and Service Director. He is one of a kind with his customer service skills. We are happy to have Ted join our team and we look forward to what the future has in store.

The UN-"used car salesman" Ted Noble is wonderful. He made the experience of buying a used vehicle so easy and enjoyable....which is unusual since it's normally so stressful and Ted Noble is wonderful. He made the experience of buying a used vehicle so easy and enjoyable....which is unusual since it's normally so stressful and uncomfortable at best. This was the 2nd car I've purchased from Ted which is why it was so relaxing. I already knew I could trust him and he'd never pressure me. SO appreciated that. He's really good at what he does. More

Not many dealers will go to trouble to look in the owner's manual but they did, even the young lady at the phones. Drove from Eugene, we took care of necessary steps through USAA Buying Service, all done in great manner. We can't say enough about Ted, answered all our questions,verified all answers, knew his products. The price was the best in Oregon and we checked. Our Honda CRV is great. Ted Noble was very personable, knowledgeable and took pride in his product. I had the RAV4 in mind already and really liked the new Corolla's so he let me take my time and test drive both vehicles and think before deciding on my RAV4. The atmosphere and the little cafe were awesome too. To be able to grab something to eat and talk, made it much easier to think and make a decision. I would absolutely recommend Ted Noble and Coos Bay Toyota to anyone I know looking for a new or used vehicle. Truly Exceptional :) More

Amazing experience! I've always had my reserve when it comes to dealers. Because nine out of ten are horrible, just like contractors. Very, very difficult to find one that sees what you want and is willing to go the extra mile to help you get what you so desperately want. I just so happen to fall in the hands of Ted Noble. He's unlike any other salesman you'll meet. He went above and beyond week after week, to help me find a vehicle that fits in my budget, with what I could put down for a DP. Not only that, he, got me into a credit union, so all these upcoming years of paying, will help my credit immensely. He took the time to explain to me everything and put it all in a manner that i could grasp and take in. He just didn't throw in big fancy words. Also he got my into what I wanted, he looked all over the States it seemed. I couldn't have been more satisfied. He kept me updated daily on progress, and so on! I would highly recommend him and I wanted to give a big thanks to Glen and Amanda as well for staying late after hours to make all this possible. Those three rolled the dice and gave me a chance to prove that I can be reliable, responsible and make my payments. I made three new friends truly, I feel like I can ask them for anything, even outside Toyota. Ill continue to go back to them. To think, I was hesitant, but I took a risk and stepped through the door. Ted was there to shake my hand and carry it on with a smile. Thanks Ted, Amanda and Glen, you guys don't know how much you changed my life! More

He answered my endless questions and was super patient with me during the entire purchase process. I call him my "ToyotaPedia" since I can go to him with any questions I've had so far. Thanks Ted! Rick Brown was also very patient and I really appreciate the fact that he was willing to explain the trade in process and work with me so I could get my windows tinted! Yay! Thanks Rick! I also am very thankful for all the extra work Sheri Banes and Jerry Davis have put in to make sure I'm still satisfied, even after my initial purchase. They have gone out of their way to assist me when I had a minor issue regarding my paint choice. Thanks so much you two!! Needless to say, I will be singing Toyota's praises to anyone who will listen! You guys rock! =D More

Thanks, Ted! Ted Noble was the reason we bought our new Highlander from Coos Bay Toyota. We didn't need to be convinced of the awesome qualities of the vehicle as Ted Noble was the reason we bought our new Highlander from Coos Bay Toyota. We didn't need to be convinced of the awesome qualities of the vehicle as we had put over 230,000 miles on our old Highlander! What we did need was to talk to someone knowledgable about the new product without feeling pressured to buy. That's exactly what Ted provided. He is very knowledgable about the new Highlander and all its amazing features and was very transparent during all the financial questions we had before we closed the deal. He never once made us feel pressured and simply gave us all the information we asked for and answered all our questions. We are very happy with our purchase and experience we had working with Ted. Impressive Summer was our first contact with this dealership. It was how she handled the phone inquiry that encouraged our 150 mile trip to view a 2014 Tacoma. I would hire her in a heartbeat. Our next encounter was with Ted Noble. Again low key and knowledgeable. We bought the truck principally because of Ted. He felt trustworthy, honest and gave us confidence in this dealership and our purchase. Amanda handled the transfer quick and efficiently. Hopefully the truck and the maintenence division will hold up to the quality we experienced with this initial contact. The Deli/Cafe is great. The waiting area is great. And, The Bathrooms--Great. More

I am one of those people who hates going to a dealership to purchase a car because of all the blarney you have to wade thru and put up with. I have to say though I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Coos Bay Toyota and in pa to purchase a car because of all the blarney you have to wade thru and put up with. I have to say though I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Coos Bay Toyota and in particular Ted Noble in sales. He is honest, knowledgeable, no pressure and the best car sales person I have ever dealt with. He genuinely cares about his customers. He listens to what you want and need and does not try to push you into something that is not right for you! He made the whole car buying experience very pleasant and not painful as it has been in the past for me. I will highly recommend Ted to everyone I know who is looking for a vehicle. You were great! And, much like my previous 18 other Toyota or Lexus purchase experiences, I was thrilled. Actually you and I met during that time. I was introduced to you by your GSM as a retired Toyota/Lexus Fixed Operations guy. Maybe you'll remember. Today I had my 5000 mile service done and was helped by Paul Mecca who checked me in and sent my car off for inspection. Jerry Davis and I chatted for a bit, about those things that only Service Directors talk about, and I went to sit with Ted to eat my hamburger I ordered from the Cafe. Point of info: my car was completed before I finished my meal. Even though we're not in a metro hub where people are running like crazy to get things done, my time is THAT valuable to me as well. I would appreciate it if you would please go to Jerry and Paul and thank them for me. Or maybe you could share this with your Associates. I know in the past mine would have loved to see these notes. I ran the Service Department at Freeman Toyota in Santa Rosa for 11 years, a 13 year President's Award Winner and Freeman Lexus which spent 8 years at #1 in the Western Area for CSI and #1 in the USA 1998, the year I left to go run Lexus of Beverly Hills. The reason I mention these facts is this...... I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE between GREAT customer service and those who are just going through the motions. Congratulations to you on your Service Department. Congratulations to you on having an absolutely stellar Sales Associates in Glen and Ted.
