This is the third Acura I have purchased from this dealership. There are two reason why I would recommend this dealer. First the sales staff is professional and courteous. They have a nice balance dealership. There are two reason why I would recommend this dealer. First the sales staff is professional and courteous. They have a nice balance between wanting to sell you a car and letting you do it on your terms. But the service at this dealership is second to none. Brian and his team always go the extra mile. Examples, I asked to have a major service and have the tires rotated. They called and said the wear was even on the tires and it wasn't necessary. They have changed fuses on the spot without an appointment and honored other dealership coupons. I have all my cars serviced there even the non-Acura models. I would recommend them without hesitation. More

Teri Lupacchino was a dream to work with. I never felt pressured when I bought my car. She explained everything in detail. Since I bought my car at the end of the model year, she even went as far as to t pressured when I bought my car. She explained everything in detail. Since I bought my car at the end of the model year, she even went as far as to tell me the differences between the newer model year and the one I bought. She even moved the delivery of my new car up for my convenience on short notice. Since purchasing the car, when I am in for services we still talk and to me, it seems like I am speaking with a friend, not a sales person. These are the reasons I have rated Teri with the highest ratings possible. She deserves them! More

Have dealt with Schaller Honda (New Britain) and Schaller Acura (Manchester) since mid-1980's. Have never been unhappy with sales teams or service teams/quality. Sales team at Acura is very knowledgable, low Acura (Manchester) since mid-1980's. Have never been unhappy with sales teams or service teams/quality. Sales team at Acura is very knowledgable, low key and a pleasure to work (negotiate) with. The service teams are also very easy to work with and generally give the right answers. I have been completely satisfied with the entire experience working with Schaller and plan to continue to do so for may years to come. More

We have bought 2 2004 Acura MDX from Schaller and the crowning achievement of this dealership is the GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE in the service department. WE bought Certified PreOwned and we love both the crowning achievement of this dealership is the GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE in the service department. WE bought Certified PreOwned and we love both the cars and they have had limited issues with repairs because of the great communication between the service reps Brian and Dave. They work very hard at making everything right and keeping the repairs fair priced and done timely. Teri Lupacino sold us both MDX's and it was a very smooth and quick paced transaction. More
