Everyone worked so hard to make this happen for us. Overall, we had a positive experience. It did take 5 1/2 hrs, which was exhausting. It was great to be able to get into a new car quickly. Very helpful I went in thinking the SEFCU Auto Advantage was the way to go. Was explained the program and realized leasing was a better option. Got the price I wan I went in thinking the SEFCU Auto Advantage was the way to go. Was explained the program and realized leasing was a better option. Got the price I wanted and the vehicle I wanted. One thing I was not happy about was that it was explained to me that if I purchased vehicle after leasing it, I would be charged $300.00 by Nissan. That might sway my business away from Nissan. As for the dealership and sales rep that were great. Nissan might want to rethink the $300.00. I am informing others about that. More

My New 2018 Platinum Murano Purchase Nnanna, the sales tep that sold me my 2018 Platinum Murano on 3-10-19. Both his service & the vehicle were great. I do love my vehicle but I had a few Nnanna, the sales tep that sold me my 2018 Platinum Murano on 3-10-19. Both his service & the vehicle were great. I do love my vehicle but I had a few issues: One thing was that 1 of my key fobs did not work and apparently needed to be reprogrammed. Another issue was that my 2018 vehicle was sold to me without mats. It also took Once I informed them that this was the case, they promised I'd have my mats with a few weeks, as they had to be ordered. I never received a follow up call & I had to call & text Terrence & several times to get some answers. On April 4th. I received a message from Terrence that my mats were in, but if have to make an appt to get the key fob programmed. It took almost a month for me to receive my mats and when I went to pick them up , I felt as though I was getting the run around. I had to wait an hour and a 1/2 for them to figure out what was going on as Nnanna, the sales rep apparently had the day off. Also, I provided them with the slip that CLEARLY stated, "They owed me mats".As well, I didnt appreciate having to wait 1 1/2 hours for a resolve. To date, I still have not received a call about my key fob, which apparently has to be reprogrammed. I also worked with Terrence, who assisted me with finally getting my custom plates on my car. This too, seemed to be a process as I drove with custom plates for a little over weeks (April 23rd) .I would've appreciated more timeliness with my mats, as Id already been told they were in on April 4th.. As well as a follow up call as to the status of what was going on, without my having to call repeatedly, would've been appreciated. Thank You for your time, Samone Baptiste More
