Another fantastic experience at DCH Honda of Paramus. Ralph was great. I walked in without an appointment battery trouble. They were so busy, but Ralph,service adviser took care of me. Natasha Nedd is an extremely valuable contact at your facility. She’s a Manager who literally does whatever research is necessary to figure out and alleviate whatever problem I may experiencing. She als facility. She’s a Manager who literally does whatever research is necessary to figure out and alleviate whatever problem I may experiencing. She also understands the value of my time as well as understanding that a person’s financial resources have limitations also. Based on that she is able to expertly advise me of what needs to be done based on urgency and necessity. I bought my first Honda at DCH in 2000 and have always been very pleased with the level of service I have received from your service department. However, Ms. Nedd has certainly raised that bar significantly. More

If I can give 0 stars I would Terrence is horrible. He has the most horrible customer service I ever seen the way he speaks to customer is unacceptable. Beware of these up-sellers! My 75+ year old mom took her 10+ year old Honda in because the car alarm was going off all night and she had no idea why. Instead of offering to disconnect the alarm or checking 10+ year old Honda in because the car alarm was going off all night and she had no idea why. Instead of offering to disconnect the alarm or checking her key fob for a malfunction, DCH told her she needed new door locks at the cost of $1000+! She unfortunately said yes without consulting with me first. How dare you, DCH Paramus Honda, take advantage of a senior citizen living Social Security check to Social Security check! More

Best service experience at a dealership I brought in my car for service and was fortunate enough to be assigned to Terrance Persaud. He made sure that my car was serviced as quickly and efficiently as possible. In all my years of bringing my car to DCH Paramus Honda, this was by far the most pleasurable experience. Honest, Reliable and Affordable I had an issue with my car's heating/cooling fan. They were very accommodating, I dropped my car at night and the next morning Terrence called me with I had an issue with my car's heating/cooling fan. They were very accommodating, I dropped my car at night and the next morning Terrence called me with a diagnosis and a few recommendations. Most of the work was still covered by warranty so I did not have to pay for it, however, It was recommended to change my rear brakes, Terrence gave me a good price plus I was able to use a coupon and an additional discount on top of that. Service was very friendly, fast and I am very satisfied with the results. I would recommend this dealer/service to everyone i know. I have been coming back for years! More

Transmission problem My problem with the 2017 Honda Odyssey; I bought a new brand 2017 Honda Odyssey on May 31,2017.The first week I started to use the vehicle, there My problem with the 2017 Honda Odyssey; I bought a new brand 2017 Honda Odyssey on May 31,2017.The first week I started to use the vehicle, there was a vibrations throughout the vehicle. As I accelerated at high speed, the vehicle would vibrate and was felling like it was forcing the vehicle, and voices were coming from the engine. I reported this issue to the my sale representative.He told me to continue using the vehicle for 5K-10K to ses if the issue continues. Since its covered under warranty, I said ok. However, the problem with my vehicle could not be solved, I have brought my vehicle to the service numerous times. The service found that the problem was that every 15K miles I needed to change the Transmission oil. This is an absurd situation, for the first time in my life I need to change the transmission oil at 15K miles. Even though the transmission oil was changed the shaking and pressure coming from the vehicle was not resolved. I have encountered this issue situations 4 or more times in this vehicle and it is difficult to control the speed of the car and each time the service told me I had to change the transmission oil. I have to deal with this situation when the vehicle has 4 or more people in the vehicle the speed control is difficult. The car vibrations are very hard and the vehicle is struggling to go. As the vehicle speed increases this situations that can be dangerous. For example the vehicle when I press the brake the braking system is slow, there is no speed control. Until now I had 4 times transmission Oil change, software update for a few times and 3rd clutch pressure switch and my problems are still not resolved, your service is wasting my time. Every time your service test drive, and tells me the problem is resolved, but the test is done around a 2 miles block and the problems is not resolve. I’m having a difficulty time in understating how it’s possible to understanding a issue with a vehicle from a 2 mile test drive. I experience these problems at 40-45 mph, 50-55 mph, and 60 mph and more, how can the service test these limits within 2 miles. I do not understand. Last service with the same problems with the same vehicle was done on 7/11/2018, which was also a transmission oil change and software update, and He was not asked to pay for this service. Service Advisor said that Honda has this problem in two models, and these two models are not suitable for jobs that require excessive mileages. These two models (Odyssey and Pilot) are not suitable vehicles for taxi services and he said the problem would continue. If these two models are not suitable for taxi service, why did not they tell me. Why did they sell an extended warranty when I said I was a taxi driver and I would be using this car as a taxi? I’m paying $44,000 for this car. This is fraud, never have I ever had a problem such as transmission oil change in any of my other cars. This vehicle I bought from DCH honda, the service is expecting me to make a transmission oil change every 15K miles. This is a very ridiculous situation. When I mention this situation to my frinds who uses Toyota, Nissan, Volkswagen, Chevy, Honda, Hyundai brands they are surprised. When I took the car to another mechanic they are surprised and told me the service is misleading me. More
