A big thanks to Sean Johnson, Terry Iseminger, Curt McHenry and Richard Drow. Drove 3 hours from New Mexico to pick up new Outback Wilderness and everyone did their part to get me on the road fully pre McHenry and Richard Drow. Buying and trade-in process started online with Sean, but it's still the human touch that separates a "decent" dealership from a truly outstanding one like Tucson Subaru. Sean excelled answering many questions online and by text. Terry jumped in and helped out on Sean's day off. Curt actually trotted over to detail department to get car in immediately for ceramic coat and Richard did fantastic and timely job getting the paint protected. If you live in the middle of nowhere, it's nice to know you'll be treated like a neighbor or friend by distant dealership. More

This dealership has changed for the worst over the last year and a half, it feels like they are placing profit over customer satisfaction. I have waited an entire week before writing this review. I have p year and a half, it feels like they are placing profit over customer satisfaction. I have waited an entire week before writing this review. I have purchased three new cars from the dealership and the first two were great! The first two, "this is our best price and we will give you this (a fair price) for your trade-in", we bought the vehicles. The third purchase in August of 2021 was filled with drama. They offered a very lowball trade-in offer (I can search the internet) and was adamant it was there best offer....okay we passed on the purchase, only to have the sales manager call me three weeks later and agree to the original terms we requested, we still bought the vehicle. During a service visit in August of this year I saw a used Ascent I was interested in and again they made a ridiculously low offer on my trade-in....so I walked away. During another visit in September, I again asked about a used Ascent, restated my desired trade-in value and asked about the remaining maintenance plan I had purchased on my trade-in transferring to the used Ascent, "no problem, it will transfer" I was assured. They did raise the value of the trade in to very close to what I wanted so the numbers worked for me and then the drama began.... "Well now I will have to check with Finance to see if the maintenance plan will transfer", which became "the maintenance plan expires today", which became "okay you have another year on your maintenance plan, but it doesn't transfer", it felt like bait and switch at best! I walked away without purchasing the vehicle. So, know I will keep my trade and this dealer will still perform the maintenance I was asking them to transfer to the Ascent and then a year from now I will drive to Phoenix and trade my car in on an Ascent because I will not purchase another car from this dealership. The only reason I gave this rating three stars is the outstanding service Dan Ford provides in the dealership service department. More
