Paid cash for the truck knowing it had the check engine light on. Was told this is a simple repair and in writing they will fix it. Here we are a month later and they still have the truck. No communication from any staff including management. It's been a nightmare to deal with. They haven't repaired the truck they haven't returned my calls they haven't given me a refund they just gave me a rental that I can't even use for my work. Super frustrating and just want my money back so I can go buy a truck I can use for work and stop pushing jobs and losing money because I don't have a vehicle that can pull a trailer More

Very incompetent and uncaring set of people. All smiles during the sell, but the service department is beyond a nightmare and is the rudest bunch of people I’ve ever encountered. No one at this All smiles during the sell, but the service department is beyond a nightmare and is the rudest bunch of people I’ve ever encountered. No one at this dealership returns phone calls nor answers the phones 80% of the time. I called 10 times to get that average so you can do the math. This is the worse dealership I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve been buying vehicles for over 30 years. Nissan should pull their franchise from this group. Truly a buyer beware location for sure. Will never buy another Nissan thanks to this dealership. I can’t say enough negative things. More

I have given them many opportunities. They don't greet you when you drive up. They just wall right by you and make you feel that you are disturbing them. Terry is wonderful. . He is courteous and understands my time and concerns with my car. As an elderly person and a widow my car Is my lifeline and I appreciate his sugge . My visit at Lorenzo Nissan was the best and easiest car appointment I’ve ever had.
