Maggie, my BMW advisor, was absolutely terrific and kept me informed throughout the manufacturing process up until my car was delivered. And she was so easy to talk to and relate to that she didn’t even seem like a salesperson, although I’ve no doubt she closes lots of deals because of her approach. A great experience all around.
