As someone who doesn't know (or even want to know!) much about actual vehicles, I love working at Heritage Ford because I care about the people who drive them. Heritage is the only dealership with which I have experience that not only allows complete transparency, we insist upon it ~ and what a breath of fresh air that is to our car buyers. The auto financing process can be quite confusing and nerve-wracking; my goal is to walk you gently through it, leaving you feeling comfortable about each decision you've made. When I'm not guiding consumers through the car-buying process, I'm cozied up at home with my menagerie of pets, watching & listening to true crime documentaries. I have two handsome, outstanding sons and a beautiful, perfect daughter-in-law, and we spend as much time together as possible. Charlie was great! He was able to work with me to get me the exact truck I wanted, and at a fabulous price. They went out of their way to get me the best financing and even made sure i was taking advantage the exact truck I wanted, and at a fabulous price. They went out of their way to get me the best financing and even made sure i was taking advantage of every rebate i was entitled to. The folks in financing made sure I was getting the best rate and made the purchase a frictionless process. Areg and Theresa were great, made the process as painless as possible. I'm not crazy about the car buying process so it was much appreciated. I just purchased my first car with Heritage Ford and my experience was great! Jake was very easy to work with as he was kind and enthusiastic. I also had the pleasure of working with Theresa to go through all the paperwork, and she was incredible! She set my mind at ease and I was happy that we were able to go over any concerns that I had, while also getting to know each other in such a short time. Charlie was recommended by a family member and meeting him truly felt like meeting a friend of the family. Just enough advice without being plushy, yet still letting you know he's on your side. Finances and contracts can be very intimidating and awkward to say the least. Theresa was very gracious and friendly. Being a Ford Ranger owner herself, and her two sons as well. She shared some of of her experiences as a ford family and that made the whole process more at ease. She's like a good neighbor... there to help when you need them.
